This is the 3rd Acura I have purchased from Accurate Auto. I have purchased two TL's and an Acura ZDX most recently... all of which have been fantastic vehicles. I feel like their pricing is much better than other Honda and Acura dealers. I also get a sense that they carefully pick the vehicles they offer in their fleet. Before the vehicle is sold, they meticulously service and clean the vehicle, so there is no need to worry about servicing the vehicle until it's next recommended date. I give them my highest recommendation!
Great place to buy an Acura!
This is the 3rd Acura I have purchased from Accurate Auto. I have purchased two TL's and an Acura ZDX most recently... all of which have been fantastic vehicles. I feel like their pricing is much better than other Honda and Acura dealers. I also get a sense that they carefully pick the vehicles they offer in their fleet. Our technical careers in Honda and Acura vehicles began in the late '80s and in September 2014, it will be 10 years that we have been selling used Honda and Acura vehicles. We take great efforts in making sure that our vehicles come from the south, where road salt is not an issue. We also take great efforts in making sure that our vehicles are serviced and clean... After all, what we sell directly effects the image of our service department, and we fully recognize that. We cannot hide behind a franchised dealership sign and we do not make keyword descriptions 'certified' to trigger an assumption of quality to a potential buyer. Instead, we show the potential buyer specifically where our car came from, specifically what we did to it in our service department to prepare it for marketing, and then we give the buyer a membership in our Accurate Advantage Program.. Our Accurate Advantage Program gives our car buyers special discounts for all service and repair performed in our shop, for the entire duration that they own the car that was purchased from our facility... We bought a used Toyota 4 Runner from Accurate Auto Sales. The staff was helpful, and there was no pressure. I liked the fact that the price was the price. Our appointment went well, they answered all our questions, and we made the purchase after a short test drive. From arriving at the lot, to driving away in the vehicle, less than an hour. That was two years ago. Still not a single mechanical problem with the car. We hope to deal with them again in the future.

We aim to please and this comment emphasizes several things that we try to accomplish. First, we do not use high pressure tactics. All car shoppers are considering a major purchase, and the last thing they need (in this sometimes very emotional 'rollercoaster') are high pressure 'games' with a sales staff. Second, through our service department we try to ensure that the vehicles we are selling are reliable and will be an enjoyable investment for the next owner. While we cannot predict and 100% guarantee that there will not be an issue 'down the road'; we do use our experience and technical training to 'weed out' problems before marketing vehicles. Finally, the price... While everyone wants the best deal they can get, some dealers inflate their prices, so they can negotiate down and show the buyer a 'savings'. We try to price our cars fairly, with an obvious savings and value to the consumer. Thanks for the review, Steve... You made my day when I read it.... Ed

Worst experience in 30 years
I have never been treated so poorly at a car dealership, and that is saying a lot. Customer service is nonexistent. They do not care about the buyers that are keeping them in business at all. Do not expect any consideration from these rip off artists. The charges for service are higher than the local Honda dealerships. If you want to be treated rudely and ripped off this is the place. Bogus fees - check. Zero compromise - check. Unsafe vehicles - check.
