It's always a pleasant experience at Moore Cadillac. I purchased a Cadillac CT5 here. Sales and service always do a great job, I even service my non-gm vehicles here because of the level professionalism I've encountered each visit.

Not even worth the 1 star.

Not even worth the 1 star.... BEWARE and DONT let this happen to you by making the mistake of buying a General Motors Vehicle. PLEASE READ and SHARE to expose them. I would never again recommend Moore Cadillac Chantilly or General Motors because they are unprofessional, unorganized, incompetent, discriminative, and just have ridiculously bad customer service. Being a premium brand vehicle, you expect more, especially with how much you are paying for a vehicle. Our experience with them has been beyond horrific. Moore Cadillac and General Motors are deceitful, stating Safety is their Number 1 Priority but it's not. They couldn't fix our car, but kept it for months. They made us take back our unfixed car even though it has a safety issue, and we aren't able to drive. They were rude and discriminatory towards women, thinking they don't know anything about cars. They refused to speak to me and only would call my husband. Also, the General Manager repeatedly said, its not our fault you don't communicate in your marriage. How unprofessional is that? We bought a 2021 Escalade on October 31, 2023, at 29,600 miles and an extended Warranty, including everything, for $9,300.00. An "Air Suspension Error" light on the dash came on in December of 2023. The short version of this insane experience: we have been taking this car to Moore Cadillac in Chantilly, VA, since December 2023. Each time, they had the car for 1-2 weeks, except this last time, when they had it for a month. They were supposed to have a specialist but didn't because corporate didn't approve it. However, they told us the car was fixed each time. Mind that this vehicle is still under Factory Warranty, and the extended warranty doesn't start until 50k miles. At this point, we got Corporate General Motors involved, but they are just a mediator and have no control over the independent dealerships. Cadillac kept my car for almost a month before the General Manager, David Saenz, told us he would have a technician (who we don't know anything about) drive our car every day from his house to work and back for however long it took. That's insane to pay for a car only to have someone else joyride it. We needed the car fixed. I said I needed a document to guarantee not just Moore Cadillac's Insurance would cover the vehicle, but also they would cover the depreciation value if anything happened to my car. With the light on, I can not sell or trade the car. He said fine, send me a document, and I'll sign it while corporate GM is on the phone. So, I said no one is allowed to take my vehicle until we sign the document, which is not unreasonable. He said, we don't have to service your vehicle, pick it up, and return the rental or you'll be charged, then hung up. Corporate GM was on the phone and did nothing. At the same time, Corporate GM was working on a buyback, but they said no after 2 months because they didn't see any reason for it. I have been on the phone with them for hours for the last 3 months, and I still have no resolution, and a car I am making monthly payments on fully warrantied. There is so much more details to this experience.

I had a great experience purchasing my new 2024 Lyriq at Moore Cadillac. My sales consultant Mike Bowen was such a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend asking for him if you go in to purchase a new vehicle. He was very nice, patient, and constantly communicated with me to keep me updated while I was waiting for my vehicle to be delivered. And I absolutely love my new Cadillac Lyriq!

Hello John, why don't you stick with the facts. I have reviewed your online inquires and you responded back and forth with Sales Manager, Darin. Just because you are in at negative equity position on your car doesn't mean we will give you 10 thousand more than the car is worth. You have been trying to sell at your friends used car lot unsuccessfully because its not worth what you are asking. If you want to buy the car please come down, we just won't give you what you want for your trade. . The used car manager, Darin was Absolutely Horrible to

The used car manager, Darin was Absolutely Horrible to work with. Little did he know I was ready to write a check to buy my son‘s car. Very rash demeanor, which drove me away immediately. If you like polite service, this dealership is not for you - at least not the used car side. The sales person was great, too bad he lost the deal because of the rude approach his manager uses. The used car sales manager single-handedly was the reason I walked out of that dealership.
