LOVE my new Tundra! I was a chevy gal, not no more! getting into the tundra was a feeling of a beautiful truck by far. Nothing plastic or fake about this.... so roomy and comfortable, the back is huge! Rides like a charm. You can't go wrong with this set of wheels. Brandon Heins was wonderful to work with, made the buying process the easiest i've ever had! Everyone was very helpful and I'm so happy with it all.
We purchased a pre-owned Chevy Impala this fall from Ballweg to use as a 3rd car. Our purchase experience was excellent. Dave Griffin, our sales person,... was very professional and there was no pressure to purchase. We would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle, to check out Ballweg Toyota in Lacrosse. We will be back the next time we are in the market for another vehicle.
We personally contacted Toyota of Lacrosse inquiring about a new Toyota. We were told the dealership did not have any 2019 Toyota Prius's but would let... us know when the dealership got one in. Upon asking when the dealership would have one we were told that they didn't know. Now the dealership has a attitude about servicing the vehicle we purchased at another dealership. I would not recommend this dealership to purchase or repair my vehicle.
Had a good experience. Sales rep stayed late one night to answer all of my questions and evened responded to some questions on his day off. I just had... my complimentary 5,000 mile check in and the service staff were all very nice and professional. I see someone below is complaining about the stuff they try to sell after you have purchased your vehicle warranties, protection packages)....this is standard no matter what brand you buy (my parents both have different brands of cars, so I'm not sure why it's even a complaint.
I had a frustrating experience getting my newly bought headlight assemblies installed. Toyota of LaCrosse gave me an estimate of $140 for the labor to... install them. It actually cost me more than double that and they only installed one (the other one I had brought was damaged and I needed to order a new one). It also required 2 trips / appointments because they didn't have a part on hand, and as I was staying 45 minutes away, that was a big deal. So when I finally left Toyota of La Crosse: I had spent twice as much time there as expected, spent twice the money estimated, and only had one working headlight - which wasn't even aligned properly. I'm usually very happy with them, but this time was a failure.
I came here looking to purchase a gas saver for commuting to work. I was paying with cash and knew the exact number that I could afford. My salesman,... Dave, came over to speak with me and I didn't want to waist his time as I could only afford a certain dollar amount, which wasn't much. He worked with me on the cheapest car on the lot and treated me like I was purchasing a much higher priced vehicle. The car, for whatever reason,was missing a knob for the radio and I bought the car as is with no warranty . Here is where I was really impressed. Within the following week I receive an envelope in the mail. It has a radio knob with a note from Dave that read, the person that did the inspection on your car made you a knob from his 3D printer I hope it works. This is something that had been lost in customer service. It is what I call "The DIFFERENCE "! I bought the cheapest car on the lot and I never I once discussed with Dave about getting a knob for the radio. I want to say thank you and because of that small gesture you not only made a customer very happy but when my wife is ready to trade in her Rav4 you can bet that Dave will get a visit from us. Thanks for bringing back true customer service!
If anyone of you looking for use vehicle be "CAUTION". I had bought a 2008 Toyota sienna from this dealer. I went test drive the vehicle and found out... that vehicle was shaking when braking. After test drive I told the sales man. The sales man told me that the vehicle will be inspected and repair any issue before sold to me. But if I want the vehicle to be hold for me, I have put down a least $200. So I did gave the sale man $200 for holding the vehicle. 4 days later, the sale man called me that the vehicle is done and ready to go. When I go pick it up I don't have a chance to test drive the second time. The sale man said," the car was wet and just got off from the detail shop". "I trust them". After doing all the paper work and every thing is done. I drove the vehicle home, its shake exactly the same when i test drive. Next day I called the sales man back. He told me that the vehicle sold AS IS no warranty and I signed the disclose inspection paper that their is no issue when I drove off the lot. Since this problem I had with this dealer, I never go back and buy any car from them.
So insulted. Paid cash for the new car. We were escorted to the finance woman's office to pay. Then the upsell begins. Clear coat, wheel and tire coverage,... door dings, extra coatings, wrap, extended warranty. Captives in the office with the sales pitch we never expected. We even had to sign a form to refuse each of the upsells. We felt like fools being pitched for thousands in extras.
I have purchased a Tacoma, a Tundra, a 2016 Highlander and now a 2018 Highlander from this dealership. I am experiencing a problem with the cruise control.... When ascending a steep grade, the transmission downshifts one gear lower under cruise than it does if I climb the hill at the same speed without cruise engaged. Engine is screaming at 4000 RPM in 5th gear when it should be at 3000 RPM in fourth gear. ( 8Spd transmission). Service manager refuses to let me show them the problem. The hill I drive nearly every day is 20 minutes from the dealership! Then when this xxx reaches the crest of the hill it refuses to up-shift unless I tap the accelerator with my foot. It starts down the other side of the hill still screaming at 4000 RPM. Don't buy this auto and don't do business with this dealership!
