I have a full warranty and my air conditioner leaked o. A road trip last year and they said they need to charge me $150 to look at it because the insurance company won't cover it. Also, the gas tank cover hinge broke, I scheduled my day to come in and get it replaced and when I got here they said this appointment is only to verify that it's broken and now I need to schedule another appointment to come in to have it replaced...they didn't tell me this prior and each trip is about 3 hrs round trip. It feels they want to rake me over the coals because they are protecting the insurance company... their loyalty feels like it's with the insurance company... therefore my family and I will be shopping elsewhere from now on. I wouldn't get any extra insurance when you buy new... they promise but don't deliver without a fight.

I had an amazing experience purchasing a 2020 Toyota Rav 4. Lisa, Ben, and Katie were amazing!! I was greated with smiles the entire experience. I was asked multiple times how can we help you. When all was said and done, I was super stoked about having a newer vehicle to depend on and something my mom could get in and out of. See, mom is a double leg amputee. Since she lost her second leg she was not able to get in and out of my car. Lisa helped us both find an amazing vehicle that would allow my mom to be able to go for rides again. Now, I can take my mom anywhere. Thank you all for taking care of us so well. You're all amazing!!!

Glad I didnt need to use the spare tire
Glad I only needed to put air in the spare tire and not have to use it. After a half hour of wrenching and breaking things I was able to get the spare tire out. Had a flat tire a few months ago and when they replaced tire, they kindly put the jack handle underneath the tire and didn't know what they were doing when they put the tire back in the trunk. I left Lacrosse once because of things like this and it looks like it might happen again.

Service Keeps Us Returning
Our family of 4 has probably purchased around 20 cars over the last 20 years. We have since moved 2 hrs. From the dealership but we still shop there. The sales people are great. But service is what got us coming back time after time. Andy and his crew rock. Have nothing but the highest ratings to say about this dealership.

Bryan sing is a excellent salesperson he does his job very well he does not pretend to be somebody he's not he is a Down to Earth person he helped me with everything there is to know about the pickup I bought my wife and I bought a pickup years ago from Brian he was excellent than two thank you Brian for everything our finance person Ben was very good at what he does he's fast gets to the point done a very nice job thank you Ben

Shopping for pre-owned hybrid
I was looking for a preowned vehicle with low mileage, preferably a hybrid. My husband and I fortunately met Brian Sing at Toyota of La Crosse, who expertly directed us to a few great options. I purchased a Prius from Brian that had just come in on a trade earlier that day. He was friendly, not pushy, very helpful, patient with my questions, and made sure that all steps along the way went smoothly. Ben Jorgensen was excellent to work with for financing. They are a solid team of down to earth professionals.
