Great Service

I took my Ford in for an oil change, no appointment, and was thinking I would have to make an appointment but to find out they took me to work. when I got my car back they had washed it and got my service done in an hour. even owning a Ford I will be back..

Friendly and Great Service

Best service department in town. I needed a few tune-ups on my newly bought 2014 Cruze. I set an appoinment with the service manager Rod Ray, the same day I was put in a loaner and my car was done by that evening. As soon as I got there Chad had all my paper work ready and I was in and out within a few mins. Everyone was very polite and professional. Thank you Rod and Chad for your excellent service. We need more like you two around.

Awesome Chuck!

Our family has purchased 3 vehicles from Lowe Chevrolet and EVERY time we choose Chuck Rogers as our salesperson. Chuck always makes buying a vehicle an awesome experience. Chuck even after your purchase takes his time every time you come in for service to make sure you are still getting the best of service and he always greets you no matter what. That's the type of sales person that keeps people coming back to the same place. He makes you feel like a friend not another sale. Great job as always CHUCK!!!!

This dealership understands customer service!!!!!!!!

I've purchased quite a few vehicles over the years. This is the first time I felt strongly enough about the experience to write a review. The sales person I worked with is Chuck Rogers.This man doesn't just talk about customer service , he lives it. I have never been treated with this level of patience and respect. Chuck did not hesitate to take as much time as I needed to get the right vehicle at the right price. I would and will recommend him and this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. This will be the first place I go for my next car or truck. Thank you Chuck for making my vehicle purchase stress free and downright fun.

The best purchase experience I've ever had.

I purchased my truck using the GM Military Discount program. I also applied a USAA rebate and a GM credit card rebate to the purchase. Rob Caldwell handled my transaction, much of which was done via phone/email since I was working out of state when I started the process. He was always extremely courteous, very knowledgeable, and above all patient as we worked through getting the truck on order and completing the deal. I was totally satisfied with every aspect of the deal. I look forward to working with them for service of my vehicle and our next purchase. Thanks, Rob!

I went in and looked at a vehicle and was taken care of with the up most respect and courtesy I would like to thank lowe Chevrolet for helping me get into the vehicle I had been looking for for a while with a very reasonable price and the staff is outstanding and very helpful

Great customer service and white glove treatment!

Jody and the whole team really go above and beyond to take care of their customers and ensure that they receive the best car buying experience at Lowes! Although it was my husbands truck (s) Jody really assisted when when my Corvette was in the shop for over a month with a recall. Brandon, Rob and all the management have been a blessing with the A+ Chevy service that I have become accustom too as a lifelong Chevy owner. You can't go wrong with shopping here, or choosing a more dedicated matchmaker for you and your new best friend!

My Sales Associate, Chuck Rogers set the tone for a stress-free car buying experience. His character is one of sincere honesty and respect to me, the customer. After visiting with Chuck for a brief time about my needs to purchase a vehicle I felt as though we were old friends and that my friend would do what ever he could to help me. To my delight and overwhelming excitement, that is exactly what Chuck did for me. I am now the proud owner of my first Ford Escape! Let my daughter return their truck and get a different car

How many dealer ships let you "return" a truck after four months?? Took my calls after hours on personal cell phone, worked on the price with us to get within budget. Overall, it was a great experience.
