Every business runs into a problem occasionally.

Every business runs into a problem occasionally. Allyssa took complete care and concern with our feelings in mind. She is tops in her field and found an identical vehicle immediately. Arnie Bauer took care of us while we waited for the dealer trade to arrive. This was very refreshing to see a company behave with the utmost care, concern and ethics. Many thanks to Alyssa and Tom for making it right.

I’m pretty much lost for words I bought a brand new 2022

I’m pretty much lost for words I bought a brand new 2022 van from Arnie Bauer and for every month I had it I’ve had to bring it back I never enjoyed it it’s needed service every since I bought it now they telling me they don’t know what’s wrong and to bring it back I guess to tell me the same thing I’m very disappointed in this deal and not sure if I would purchase or recommend any one else after the treatment I received as a customer it should be a law against selling lemon it’s got to be something that I can do please advise

Traction control

I was fleeced on their repeated attempts to repair, my 2016 gmc Acadia. I spent about $1200 on repairs to my traction control, service stabilization. After each repair on three different occasions, the problem wasn't solved, soon after I drove away. First, it was sensor in brake or gas pedal, then it was sensor in steering column, finally it was passenger module was corroded. I still have same problem. They apparently are not capable of fixing this problem. I now question any work they've done over the past six and half years. I previously have showered them with praise. No more.
