On 3/10/25, I bought a 2025 Buick Envista, which is a small SUV, from Arnie Bauer Buick/GMC/Cadillac, located at 5525 Miller Circle Drive, Matteson Illinois 60443, Deal #278255. My sales person was Alexandra Malecha. The finance person was Jeff Rogers. Since buying this car, I requested wheel alignment service due to the car swerving on the road. I took the car back to Arnie Bauer and was told nothing was wrong with the wheel alignment. On 5/16/25, this car started signaling the motor was overheating, which automatically shut off my air conditioning, automatically started messaging me, several times, to put the car in park, shut the car off and let the car cool down. I had been driving for about 30 minutes. I called Arnie Bauer and could not get anyone to assist me over the weekend. On 5/20/25, I called Alex telling her I did not want the car because the Arnie Bauer Service Department called me stating they have to replace multiple parts/items hooked up to the motor. I told the Service Department person this is a new car not a used car. I bought this car with minimal miles on it, which was under 50 miles. I told Alex I want a new car. I was told by Alex and Bret (finance) to contact General Motors. What???

Dave and the rest of the staff were amazing.
Dave and the rest of the staff were amazing. When I first came in, my intention was solely to look at a bunch of different dealers and see what I liked. Even with just looking, Dave gave me the same attention as if I were buying that day without being too pushy to buy. He asked me what I liked and showed me a few options, took me for a test drive and informed me of the pricing. After looking around at other dealers, the car from Arnie Bauer was the best option and fit for me. However, it wasn?t just the car, was Dave?s amazing customer service. Other dealers once they heard I was only looking, weren?t interested in really helping with the same enthusiasm as if I were set to buy. Dave made the loookinf and purchasing process smooth, helped ensure great pricing and just overall made my first new car buying experience amazing and one I won?t forget. 100/10 experience

The service shop diagnosed and repaired my vehicle quickly within the week. Very satisfied with my service. I would recommend this professional shop. A good repair facility is rare.

They over charge for a fuel filter and it was due to the
They over charge for a fuel filter and it was due to the lack of experience with the 3l diesel. I looked it up. The replacement should take anyone less then 15min and they charge me for a full hour. I think they are taking advantage CL
