Though the Sales person I worked with was okay, the dealership as a whole was extremely disorganized and lacked communication between departments! I drove 40 minutes to Greensboro intending to test drive a Kia Soul that I had called about only that morning. “Sure its on the lot Andy you’re welcome to come test drive!” I got there, not only was it not ready but it wasn’t even drivable! It hadn’t been cleaned or anything! If you’re planning to go to this dealership from out of town, make sure you speak with someone who is actually familiar with the car not just some flunky up in Internet Sales! I wasted 1/2 tank of $4.99 per gallon gas and was offered nothing to compensate my gas loss! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP UNTIL THEY GET THEIR DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS WORKING WITH EACH OTHER!

Great service long after you buy from them!

Tony in the service department is always my go to guy. He is super friendly and helpful with any questions I have had about my car and always keeps me up on what’s going on with my car every time I take it to be serviced and about anything that it might need. Really great people to work with long after you purchase your car.

Horrible Experience

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM…. I Bought a used 2019 Dodge with only 54k miles on it. 40 minutes after purchase stopped at a gas station on the way home and when I went to start the vehicle a super loud squeal and the engine didn’t start obviously it was the starter. I called back and talked to salesperson DaSean and he was absolutely no help basically inexperienced. His Sales Manager (if you could call him that) Anthony basically said too bad you bought it as is. Now mind you this is 40 minutes down the road not 2 weeks or 2 months …. 40 minutes. Anthony is one of the most uncaring individual I have ever talked too.. Basically, the lowest of the low used car salesman the ones when you say used car salesman that you are referring too. Here is why you don’t buy from them.. The General sales manager had ample time to make this right and apparently Brent Tony has better things to do then take care of the customer.
