Each employee was very attentive and caring. My son has a broke leg and every worker at the dealership assisted to make sure that he could fit comfortably in the vehicle of our choice. Over the phone we were told what to bring and what to expect and everything went as planned. Was told that we were financed and there were no gimmicks when we got there. Left with the car that we had chosen and applied for. Would highly recommend to everyone.

I was very pleased with my car-buying experience at FC. Walter and the other FC team members were friendly and let me take my time to test drive and consider my purchase without unnecessary pressure. And, when it was time to complete the paperwork, I was in and out quickly, and I drove away with a great car at a fair price. I highly recommend this shop as an alternative to the big-name dealers.

I recently bought a 2003 Ferrari Modena Spyder from FC Auto in Falls Church, Va. I have owned many great Italian cars, and I can be a demanding customer. Walter and Kian put up with my endless questions and demands as true gentlemen. I understand that any 13 year old car with nearly 30,000 miles will have some issues, but this car is truly as they described it in their online ad. They were happy to bring the car to the Washington DC Ferrari dealer for an inspection. The issues that were found were consistent with the mileage, and were not critical or ?deal breakers? in any way. The car had some minor damage to a rocker panel, and they agreed to have it professionally repaired before I came for my test drive and purchase. I think my test drive was an experience for Walter, as he encouraged me to drive the car any way I wanted, for as long as I wanted. I drove it hard and fast, on back roads and highways. There was no smoke, no rattles, no clutch slippage, no unusual noises, no drips, the steering was tight, and the car stopped well and straight. They described the car as ?pristine,? and it truly is. If anything, it is more beautiful than described. Although the weather has not been cooperative, I?ve had a couple of good days to run the car hard. It performs beautifully, with no mechanical issues whatsoever. Before making the purchase, I had looked at virtually every online site for 360?s of the same age with similar mileage. I think their price was more than fair, and probably even below the average market value as far as I could determine. Additionally, Walter and Kian really did everything they could to expedite the paperwork and make the transaction as pleasant and fast as possible. I unhesitatingly recommend FC Auto. Very smooth process! They, essentially, let you sell the car to yourself. They are not pushy or intense and are very willing to work with you on pricing! I would recommend FC Auto to my friends and family!

Had to travel from Virginia Beach to purchase. Because of many excellent reviews on several sites AND because USAA has approved FC for their members, I took the chance. Everyone at FC from first call to completion of sale was patient and thorough. The small amount of negotiating was not stressful. No pressure on me after my initial inquiry to make a decision while I searched locally for a vehicle. Was told FC would check in occasionally and that's all that happened. Repeat customers were closing a deal while I was there. They said that FC locally has a great rep. Facilities: cramped lot on busy street (not much they can do about that). They were willing to drive the car to test drive off the lot b/c I didn't want to scratch any high-end cars they had there. Very positive experience.

I live n BALTIMORE..I"ve had bad experiences buying cars from outta state. But i can say FC auto changed that.. Talk to WALTER on MONDAY. Got the deal done FRIDAY (MY MAN).. Got the car checked out @ BMW DEALER..Tuned out the car is in IMMACULATE condition.. REAL TALK!!!! gotta take my hat off to FC auto...A++++++++++++++++++ APPRECIATE A GOOD DEAL
