Dont trust them!
I bought a car. Within two hours smoke started coming out of the hood and the engine overheated sign came. As anybody would have, I said I dont want the car. Shawn completely changed after getting the contract and money and suddenly his super friendly attitude lost all the friendly-ness and he refused. He said all he was going to do was fix the car and look at the problem for me. Im thinking fine, if I have no other option and I guess if he fixes the car and this never happens again it'll be okay. Guys all they did was a oil change. In reality I just found out 3 months later the radiator needs to be replace. In what world would I need a new radiator after buying a car from them at the most 4 months ago. Im so uneducated on this and im a college student it was my first car and thats the only reason I ended up getting myself in this situation. I called them to ask them for help and he really goes oh you have warranty right? call them. The warranty will not cover the radiator. After that I say you guys should have replaced it back then. And he goes it probably just needed a new hose back then. Like really its that much of a coincidence? The people had good experiences probably had more money to spend and got "lucky". After I saw other reviews of people in my position and I was like oh no its not just me.

Arrow Motors, stay away from this dealer
It's never too late to do a great review of a bad company and this company has the name Arrow Motors. We purchased a 2015 BMW X5 Diesel from Arrow Motors at the end of November 2021. In order for us to have the financing approved it was required that we also purchase an extended warranty and GAP insurance and that was done. On the way back to our house we noticed a big noise in the engine and the next day we reported the problem to Arrow who immediately denied having responsibility for the warranty given by the dealer because we bought an extended warranty from AUL Corporation which was responsible for the warranty. We were also told that as it was a recent purchase we should wait around 30 days to file a claim with AUL Corporation. During this period we looked for a repair facility that could identify the problem. We paid for a report and it was identified that the problem was Time Chain and that this repair would cost around $9,000.00. We again informed Arrow Motors about this report and they again advised to wait the 30 days and open a claim with the Insurance Company. We waited and left the car at another mechanic that did repairs on cars with diesel engines. This Shop made a car repair quote of $7,000.00 and upon being informed that we would use AUL Corporation as insurance, it declined the process. And so it was in other mechanics shop and even a BMW Dealer. None accepted to work with AUL. The car started to have other problems such as spending engine oil every 300 miles, requiring 1 liter of oil. All these stages of problems were reported to Arrow Motors and they initially promised to help pay for the car repair costs and then went back and didn't even answer our calls, texts and emails. In short, we bought a car from Arrow Motors, we were forced to buy the extended warranty, we were promised help or support to solve the problem and at the end of this history of problems we had to pay $7,200.00 to solve the problem of the car. Neither Arrow Motors, AUL Corporation nor Westlake Bank (we tried to return the car and cancel the financing) took responsibility for the problem. So don't trust these companies named Arrow Motors, AUL Corporation and Westlake Bank. They are companies that do not deserve trust and reliability..

Fernando, there’s a couple parts to this review that aren’t true. After the sale, you had then taken the vehicle to over 4 mechanic shops trying to find a problem. After 4 mechanics couldn’t diagnose a problem, you finally found a mechanic who would - the 5th time around. After you had a diagnosis, you then came back to us and asked us for assistance in helping repair the vehicle. We told you we would help, but we needed our mechanic to take a look at the vehicle to provide further assistance because you came to us with a $9000 repair quote and then said “I think my friend can do it for $4000, can you split it” and were just looking for a check, but you never brought the vehicle to us. We even offered to switch the vehicle for a 2014 BMW X5 diesel with over 30,000 less miles for the same price if you felt you weren't satisfied with the one you purchased, but you insisted on keeping the one you originally had bought. As for the “forced” extended warranty - before you had bought the car you were given two payment options: one with a warranty and one without. You said “for $25 difference I’ll take the warranty.” The warranty company has proper channels that need to be addressed before a claim can be approved. As per our discussion neither you nor your mechanic were willing to go through the proper steps in order to successfully submit the claim. Again, as stated to you at the time of purchase this warranty will cover failed components and timing chain was included in that coverage but you were looking to have it replaced in preventative maintenance on a still functioning component which warranty does not cover. We tried to work with you in the beginning, as all that was needed was for the car to be brought back to us to confirm the diagnosis, but you were never able to do it, you even came yourself, but left the vehicle home. Unfortunately, here comes a negative review 8 months after the sale with completely inaccurate information
