Prince reached out in most professional manner, allowing me to browse while providing guidance where certain vehicles were located. Once I decided the specific vehicle I wanted to look at, he provided the kind of detail necessary for making an informed decision. There was no haggling, only professional detail. As a result, I purchased a Highlander! I will definitely return there for my future vehicle needs!

Salesperson was fine. The process of transfering vehciles is broken. You put online a vehicle that was defective and made me wait a week to transfer in another vehicle due to your process and poor service. I would suggest to all to avoid transfering a vehicle as the system is broken and the owness some how the customer is the one in the wrong. Sloppy, Poor service and I will tell this story a million times in mylife time. Avoid Avoid Avoid
