Sales personnel (two) seemed largely disinterested in

Sales personnel (two) seemed largely disinterested in selling their inventory. Overall demeanor on phone was blase' at best. Final out the door price was grossly inflated with DLR fees and DMV processing fees etc. This added over $1000 to final price. When asked about them, their response was basically "take it or leave it.". I am a retired n.y. licensed dealer, and if that went on in my store, there would be trouble......I moved on.

Do not buy this car or any car from Car Max.

This car is 15,000 dollars over priced and they do not have any of the paperwork to support this amount of over pricing. They would not provide the paperwork tp the bank and they carried this on until the 30 day return process was due.

When I emailed back to change my details around financing

When I emailed back to change my details around financing I never heard back. This caused me to not have my money available for for my appointment to buy my vehicle. 4 days later I have yet to hear back.

Pathfinder breaks down all the time

Was really excited to get the 2014, very low mileage, so I thought this should be mechanically sound for awhile, I was wrong. Battery went out in the first month and a month out from the warranty the car breaks down again. Now I see why they push the the extended warranty so hard

Disappointed

Salesman was fine, cordial. Took all my information before we ever saw the car. Test drive was fine. Price of the car was a bit high as compared with other dealers with similar vehicles but not bad. The deal came to a halt when they low-balled me on my trade in. They offered a good deal less than the low end of the KBB trade in value.

Great deal, IF YOU KNOW WHAT YOU"RE LOOKING FOR!

I made an appointment!! I'd been to over 15 new car dealers, with so many headaches! LIES and more LIES! PLUS the dealer fees! Lance came to greet me, and asked me a FEW questions. Next, we were looking at the Jeeps, as I requested. Small selection; not exactly what I wanted. Lance had the exact Jeep i wanted shipped up from Naples, Fl., in 3 days! Brought my wife with me! We both loved it! Will definitely return to buy another vehicle! Lance is a xxxx nice guy! fast deal, no xx, and we love our new Jeep!
