If you are going to go to the CarMax on 1-45 North, I recommend you ask for Mrs. Renee. She was the most informative and communicative by far. When I initially went there to look for a car I was working with another salesman. Then I wasn’t for certain because he just left me to take matters into my own hands, which made me look elsewhere. The second time I came I met Mrs. Renee, she went out her way to help me find the car of my dreams. She even went into my old account and cleared up some issues I had dealing with CarMax 8years ago. She’s very knowledgeable and even on her off days work due diligently to make sure I drove away in my vehicle. If I could give her a million stars I absolutely would. Thank you Mrs. Renee

the car had damage, and the moon roof was broken, the transfer which cost $1300 to over a week yet it sat in Waco for 7 days before being delivered to Houston.

The vehicle was very clean for its age and mileage, and we received a fair value for the vehicle we traded in. The paperwork took a very long time to print, but otherwise we had a good experience.

I bought a truck at CarMax and decided against it a couple days later. I returned it according to the 10-day return policy, and I had absolutely no trouble doing so. I received a full refund check in the mail exactly when they said I would. A couple weeks later I traded in two vehicles and bought a new truck there. It all went as smooth as could be! I am very happy with my beautiful new truck and happy I was able to sell my old vehicles to them for a reasonable price and no hassle on anything ever.
