Worked with Bob Yousuf purchasing 2 vehicles. Easy peasy transaction. We received competitive offers on our trade-ins. This is the third car we have purchased from CarMax. Love the no haggle price. We checked prices of comparable cars and the prices were in line. Will definitely purchase again when we need another car.

Do NOT go there. They are a scam. I brought my car for appraisal. They offered me a ridiculous price of $5500,and the guy knew it as he looked so guilty and embarrassed when he gave me the appraisal sheet. Indeed, only a few month ago, I was offered $7000 back in VA and they sell exactly the same car with the same production date and number of miles for $22,000. WORSE, my car was running well when I brought it there. They returned it and now it makes a roaring noise in the engine. They told me it was the ventilator due to the heat, lol. It seems they purposely damaged it so I would have to sell it to them at the low price they offered. Beware! Scams in progress...

Purchased a car little over a month ago.
Purchased a car little over a month ago. I don’t have a spare tire, it does not have the pump to inflate the tire if necessary. There were a few other issues that I had however I will leave it here for now. Now that I think about it, no one called or emailed me about how I was enjoying the car afterwards

It's amazing how they can ask eighteen thousand dollars
It's amazing how they can ask eighteen thousand dollars for a car that has a trade in value of not even eight thousand dollars and is twelve years old!!! What a rip off!!! I guess they do believe there is a sucker born every minute!!! JJJ

We confirmed in writing a time with sales rep, only to be told 10 minutes before pickup that the dealership will not even be open at that time (9am) and we needed to reschedule.

No communication, so we went somewhere else
My husband and I have purchased 4 cars from this location and always had great experiences. Well not this time. Stay away from Sarge, one of the salesmen... I understand firsthand how Covid has changed many industries and caused a lot of problems in processes. My issue, outlined in the timeline below, is the complete lack of follow through, absolutely minimal communication, lack of customer care, and then absolutely ignoring us! Fine, we’ll go buy our new car elsewhere. April 24th (Saturday) we visited, test drove and selected the car that we wanted to purchase. But we were told that the title hadn’t cleared and it would be Monday before we could purchase the car I asked him if we could start the preapproval process to just make sure financing was in order and speed the process along. He told me he couldn’t do that until the car was ready...? Not a big deal, we could wait a couple of days. He told my husband to text him on Monday to check on the status. Not sure why we had to be the ones to follow up, but also not a big deal April 26th (Monday) we checked in on the vehicle and were told that “it was insane in the business office” and that it wouldn’t be done that day but he would have it by the next morning (Tuesday). We get it... COVID... everything is a little off except he didn’t call us on Tuesday April 30th (Friday) we checked in again because it had been days since we were told it would be complete. He told us that he would have an update for us the next day, Saturday, “for sure” May 1st (Saturday) checked in again and to date we have never heard back from him
