We were very happy with our salesman Greg and with the office staff. Greg was knowledgeable about the Ford Edge we purchased. We drove almost 2 hours to look at 2 cars and purchased one of them.

I appreciate the girls in the office for going out of their way to take care of all the paperwork including the trade. Great customer service!

Would not recommend. Drove for over a hour to look at a car they said was available at the close of Friday We were there first thing Saturday as they opened there door and was told vechical was sold.

Stopped to look at a jeep I was interested in that I found on line. Asked for person I was corresponding with through email. When I got there I asked him the questions I asked several days earlier that he said he would address by the time I got there. When I asked these questions? No answer. I got " I don't know?" " I don't think so" " I'm not sure" and we will have other vehicles. Really! Sad day for jacks Ford!

The people that work at this dealership are amazing. I was looking for a very specific used car, and happened to find one at Jack's, which is about 4.5 hours away from where I live; decided to take a chance and bought the car and when I traveled to pick up the car had my current card break down on the side of the highway about 2 hours away from the dealership. The area that I broke down in was very tiny and had no rental shops open and with no way of knowing how long it was going to take my car to get fixed I was stranded. I called Jack's to let them know what was going on (expecting that I was going to have to stay at a hotel until Monday and then come and get the new car). Greg at the dealer ship actually came to pick me up. Most places claim that they'll go the extra mile for customer service, this place truly does it! Everyone at the dealership was extremely nice and the whole buying process was simple and easy. I would highly recommend Jack's as the place to buy a car or have any work or detailing done.

Just purchased a 2012 f150 from jacks and could not be happier! The staff was very helpful and understanding. They even got me a manual at no charge which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend them if your looking for a new vehicle.

I purchased the car of my dreams at Jacks! I had been searching for a C6 Z06 for quite some time and they had just the one I was looking for. Greg was great throughout the process, we had everything up and running so by the time I got there the purchasing process took no time at all. Very nice people at the dealer with a lot of nice cars!
