Dealer shipped car with Rear Tires with BAD treads
I personally would not recommend purchasing a vehicle and having it shipped from this dealership. I recently bought a Mercedes from this particular in Florida. Bought and shipped to North Carolina. Before I state my issue with this dealership, I would like to first state I thought the customer service I received from the dealer who sold me the car was a nice individual and provided me a above average experience. My issues with this dealership was when I received my vehicle I noticed mechanical issues with the Mercedes that should have been fixed before the vehicle was sold. Two examples being a interior and exterior door handle light were not functioning. But here is my main issue with this dealership. This dealership had the audacity to ship a vehicle to me with rear tires with worn out interior treads. I noticed a loud noise as I would accelerate to higher speeds, but didn't know the reasoning until I decided to check the tires (I wish I could upload photos to showcase this). I personally feel somewhat scammed since the vehicle was shipped, I personally cant take the vehicle back to the dealership. Now I have to buy 2 new tires on the rear of my vehicle.

No integrity
Absolutely no integrity from Management, I bought a Porsche Panamera and the cluster settings were set in Russian they never bothered to change it to english, and it was very hard to change to English since I can’t read Russian. Then the guy said he would wash the car, but never did,) the car was shaking and Jeff the manager told me it was normal for Porsche vehicles vs my Mercedes E350... (my fault to choose to believe him,) then the paperwork was wrong so I actually helped them with the paperwork to make sure they didn’t miss anything... Then as soon as I left their dealer I realized that the horn was not working so I called immediately, however, since it was raining and they were closing, the Manager Jeff assured me he would take care of the cost to fix it, and since My trip back home was 3 hours long, and it was late, I agreed to take care of the horn at a local mechanic near my home who is an authorized dealer for European vehicles since he agreed to pay for the cost. I spent a total of $2763 for mounts, brakes, horn, leaks...etc because the car was not as immaculate and up to date in maintenance as Jeff stated it was. Then to make matters worse, Jeff refuses to pay for the total cost of the horns (it takes two horns) and labor, but since he found it expensive, he sent me the horns and I’m still waiting for the labor of installing the horns, which he found too expensive as well $336 ...He ultimately said he would only pay $150 towards it... I’m still waiting... In all fairness, if he sends the amount for the TOTAL labor of the horn I will update this review,... But make no mistake, this was truly the worst experience in purchasing a car. I’m not even mentioning the discrepancy on the loan interest rates... I have text messages to prove all this. If you want a worry free experience DON’T BUY from these people. No integrity whatsoever.

Don’t understand only one star.
Josh was great. He talked me into buying a car that was best for value and it’s been a year and he was more than right. It took about 20 minutes to complete the deal. He knows the market and will tell you what cars maintain their worth.

2011 Mecedes Benz ML 550
March 2014 bought a 2011 MB ML 550 from Josh at C&K Auto Imports over the internet. The car is even cleaner than described! It is in excellent condition and the deal was great. I picked up the vehicle and the transaction was very smooth. Very Professional. If you need a higher end car, see Josh first!
