Horrible experience!! I looked on their website and found a few cars I was interested in. Pictures on the website had very clean cars, low miles at a good price. So I took off on a 1.5 hours journey to take a look at the cars. Driving up to the dealership I wasn't impressed based on the pictures I saw on the website. Found the salesman I spoke with and drove to another storage lot a minute down the road. When I got there, it looked more like an impound lot! The clean cars posted on the website, were dirty, had flat tires, ripped leather seats, had to be jump started and tires that failed to inflate! Total disappointment almost to the point of a scam. Not too mention I had put $500 down on a Range Rover, and it took over a week to get the refund. Stay away

BUYER BEWARE!! Shop elsewhere. Should have looked at Yelp/BBB reviews first! 43 negative reviews! We signed the paperwork on a 2011 Range Rover from Prestige on March 17, 2023. Although we saw the salesperson having the need to jump cars with a portable jump starter in their lot, we did not pay too much attention to the fact that we would be a victim of a dead battery. They had already pulled the car that we were interested in earlier out of their inventory; possibly needing a jump as well and kept the engine running for awhile? Prestige obviously does not start nor move the 250 used cars they claim they have in inventory. Batteries degrade just sitting idle in cars for months especially in New England winter weather. They need monitoring so they don't lose amperage and voltage capacity. We were told by the Business Manager that they would go over the car, have it State inspected, cleaned and detailed and we could pick it up a few days later. They had it for five days. Plenty of time to do the work promised. We took the one hour drive on March 22nd to pick up the car and found it unwashed and dirty on the interior. The upholstery rip we pointed out was not repaired and the foggy headlight lens remained untouched. Just excuses as to why nothing was done. There was less than 1/4 gas in the tank and we found out the fluids were low once we got it home, No attention to detail was ever spent for delivering the vehicle, as others have also complained. They later said it was detailed a few weeks before. Nonsense, it was dirty when we test drove it. The very next day on the 23rd when we went to do errands the battery was dead. Nothing was left on in the vehicle to drain the battery so we called AAA.. The mechanic from AAA spent 40 minutes trying to jump and charge the battery to no avail. The battery was seven and a half years old and not even rated for a V8 which the Range Rovers needs. We immediately texted Prestige and told them of the problem. Their first response was that something must have been left on overnight which was farthest from the truth.Their battery was junk. We first suggested that they have one of their mechanics drive down with a new battery and install it. That text was ignored. They then said we should have the car towed up to Malden (an hour in traffic) where they would look at it. That would have involved a flat bed tow truck at our expense and a second car to get the vehicle back. We decided that was not an option and told them we were going to purchase a new battery. That is when the texts went dead. No response. We have all the texts and emails from the company on file. So does the Attorney General. We had to take a separate car to purchase a new battery rated for a V8 Range Rover and the cost was $254.76. We sent them the invoice and did not hear back from them. Only until we told them we were filing a complaint with the Attorney Generals office did we get their attention. They refuse to compensate us for the cost of the new battery and only offered us $70 which he said was their wholesale cost for a battery. $70 wholesale for a $255 retail battery? We noticed that the dealership used to have a testimonial section on their website but it is no longer available. Possibly because they had so many negative complaints? They even asked us to leave a positive review the day we took delivery before the battery died! The Attorney Generals Office of Massachusetts says they have the most complaints regarding Prestige Motors, more than any other used car dealership. Check the Better Business Bureau as well. They must be proud of 43 one star reviews on Yelp alone.

DO NOT BUY FROM!!
THE WORST DEALER! RUN, DONT WALK, AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! THEY WILL LIE STRAIGHT TO YOUR FACE AND NOT FEEL THE LEAST BIT GUILTY. Do not buy from this dealer. you have been warned. I made the mistake of not researching this dealer before I bought a car from them and I dealt with how dishonest they were from the beginning. they are as shady as they get in terms of stereotypical used car dealers. they agree to fix issues when you buy the car, they will hold on to the car and "fix" what is needed. then when you drive off you find out that they didn't fix anything they said they would. i took my vehicle to get inspected the day after i picked up the car and they said it needed thousands of dollars to get to a point where it would pass a state inspection. I hade to return my purchase and it took weeks for them to get me my payment back. they even lied about sending a check. "its in the mail, we sent it" followed by " what's your address?, we are shipping out the check" 5 days later. overall this company doesn't even deserve 1 star, they deserve to be put out of business and the slimy sales people should go dig ditches.

Not a trustworthy source - Read all reviews before
I purchased my vehicle in full on 2/2, and picked it up by 2/5. My experience has been almost entirely terrible. I've been unhappy with the purchase every step of the way. The only thing that saves this review from being a 1-star is the cordiality of some of the employees on site. But I can't drive smiles and politeness. Once discovered, upon later further inspection, they refused to fix the broken window motor, broken USB port, broken tire sensors, etc. Saying these were accessory issues and not covered under the warranty. But they were happy to sell the car with all those issues purposefully hidden. Although I just bought a vehicle, it has sat at my mechanic's for quite a number of days to undergo further repairs costing over $500. I never thought, I'd regret buying from a dealer. My previous purchases have been from a smaller dealer and mechanic I trust. How is it that a dealership is a less trusted source for a functioning vehicle than a private seller, even with the offered "warranty"? So cons: Never on time/on schedule Car is not cleaned properly before sale Willing to sell you a car as long as the engine runs; they don't want to hear about or fix anything else Dishonest practice of shielding vehicle faults before sale. Don't trust what you're offered because they have a mechanic shop on-site. Take your vehicle to be inspected at a mechanic you trust. Although the advertisement paper stuck to the car (alongside the 'for sale' sign) proclaims "Full" warranty, they don't actually offer full warranty for the 30days of initial purchase. Bad paint job

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
Run! Run! Run! Go anywhere else but this place! During the call back I received from the Attorney General's office, I was told that they receive the most complaints about this specific dealer, and that this dealer never settles disputes. So, save yourself and go somewhere else. When I first entered that awkward office space, I looked at the guy who's handling everything and immediately felt uneasy. His menacing gaze should've sent me running but unfortunately, I went against my gut feeling. Six months later, I'm still paying for this mistake -financially and emotionally. So, save yourself and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. In short, the people who run this place took advantage of my kindness and gullibility. Everyone always says that car dealers are xxxxxxxx but I never thought it was fair to pass judgements based on what others say. I like to give people a chance to show me who they are. It's sad that the current state of our world warrants against this type of innocent outlook. So, always assume they're xxxxxxxx and RUN! From this place especially! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I gave this dealer multiple chances to redeem his reputation and character but he failed. Here are the mistakes the manager did; 1) Never went over the paperwork I signed, and I, because of my trusting nature didn't question anything. 2) Lied and concealed the real status of the car. I had to wait three weeks to get it after I bought it. Claimed that it was the headlights? Actually, the headlight never worked properly even after "they fixed it." 3) Put a cheap battery on which does not work with a BMW. Every time I complained about the error message I was getting, he would tell me that I just needed to drive it for awhile. 4) Told me he would get a key that works, never did. I have to manually lock and unlock the car. 5) Sold me the car for an astronomical price given its condition, and this is what upset me the most! I didn't buy a junk. I bought an operable car -at least for the duration of its loan. Okay, at least three years? At least one year? At least ONE MONTH!?? If he had sold it to me for its worth, I would not be writing this. 6) When I went back to to the manager to rescind the loan and return the car (the owner had offered to take it back or fix it when I approached him a week earlier), the manipulative liar convinced me to keep it because I would've had to come up with another $2000 deposit and other fees. LIE! I found out later that I didn't have to come up with a new deposit. Again, I believed. 7) About ten days later, when the transmission began to fail (less than a month of me picking up the car) He refused to take it back, even though his boss (the owner) had offered to take it back or fix it. He claimed that the owner changed his mind. I wonder who had to do with this change of heart? 8) I gave him the alternate option to fix it while I was overseas (like the owner had promised), he said he would call back but never did. I've had to change the entire transmission, both the fuel pumps, the alternator and the belt, and it still doesn't work. They don't know what's wrong with it. The mechanic who's been working on it says that there was something wrong with the car before I got it and that the dealer concealed it. Again, I would not have been upset if they sold it to me at an appropriate price. In fact, given that its currently inoperable, this car should've been gifted for parts.

Terrible
The reviews speak for themselves. Worst service I've ever experienced in my vehicle purchasing career. I brought it there twice to be serviced and twice it came back with damage to it. The broke my passenger heated seat and ripped the suede on the door panel. When I brought it to their attention they said but we fixed the airbag sensor right? So fixed one problem and created another. Then tells me that it's not under warranty so take me to court! I bought the car with cash about 6 weeks ago and only drove it one week. Gave it to them with a full tank of gas, they returned it on 1/4! xxxxxxxx! Same guy invites me to church on week earlier, lol! Nice job Alex! I DONT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS HERE EVER!
