This is the absolute worst used car dealership they are all phony their cars are crap they change the odometers they lie about what they do to their cars they absolutely do not fix anything that is broken they tape it up I will never ever recommend this to anyone I would much rather ride a bike and they are making me put one star I would never give them a star ever they deserve negative Stars negative this place sucks half-assed broken down cars that they tape up reminds me of Matilda

Easy process and helpful staff
Bought a 2015 Prius V from Prestige in May 2019. They were very helpful with multiple test drives and an inspection at my mechanic's facility and organized all the registration as I wasn't transferring the plate. I was able to drive away with the car on the agreed morning exactly as organized, and my daughter is delighted with it!

I don?t recommend this dealership
DO NOT BUY ANY CAR FROM THIS DEALER, I was told I was getting a car that was posted for 4000 dollars on their site, I was also told by one of the guys who showed and allowed me to test out some of the vehicles (Vincenzo ) that I wouldn?t have to much of anything down, and still make payments under 200 a month,. I then met with the manager(DOUGLAS) and that where everything flipped. I was told that I would be doing the financing through Admirals bank but that they would not do it because of my recent pay stub. I was then told that if I can show paperwork that reflects that amount of money I said I make a month that it would serve as an alternative to the paystub`s, but when I got back the story changed again to they won?t do it at all because they only accept pay stubs ( mind you he just sent me home to go get the papers that I get monthly to show ?Admirals Bank ? ( the name he himself stated before I left) that I make 2000 dollars a month. I get back and now I was told that I have to work with another bank and they?ll need you to put 1000 down in order to do it, and that it would be about 24 months of 211 monthly. I told him I wouldn?t be able to put that much down right now, so he asked how much can you put down and I said maybe around 500 so he agreed (which I could of said any number and he?d probably agreed.) He than coached me on everything to say when the bank called me to insure that all the information is correct with what information I gave him and that they weren?t changing my word, which he was because half of what he told me to say wasn?t true. At the end of the day throughout all that, I was never told the the company who I was now financing had a fee of almost double what the car was worth and more, the 24 months went up to 48 months which was never said to me but written on the paper work that they sent me home with. In fact none of the paperwork they showed me in that office had any numbers on them that were reflecting on the paperwork that I was sent home with. I know this is a lot but all though this happened I ultimately signed papers with out thoroughly looking through them. I fortunately can afford the payments, but the fact is the next person may not be, you come to dealerships to buy a car within you means, and you expect that will be that case when you?re sitting down with these people who smile in your face but are ultimately stabbing you in the back, anyway the moral of the story is to read everything thing before you sign don?t let them rush you, look at 5 different dealers before choosing a car, I?ve already reported them to the better Business Bureau, I?m writing on ever review the have, I?m their karma!

Very positive experience buying a car here. The car was in excellent condition (I have visited more than a dozen dealers before I ended up buying a car here), reasonably priced. Buying process was easy, car delivered fully serviced and detailed, all as agreed. Special thanks to Constantine for his customer focused attitude.

For my family trip to Florida, I was searching for a Luxury class and found a 2012 LEXUS IS. That was fantastic. The engine was V6 of 2.5 LITER. Thanks to Mr. Douglas . I'll be back.

Better quality of service
I was lucky enough to get the 2006 ACURA MDX from Prestige Motor Sales. The engine was sharp with V6 of 3.5 liter. That was a perfect choice for me indeed. Credit goes to Fernanda. Thanks to Mr. Douglas as well.
