I was recommended to come here from friends who had
I was recommended to come here from friends who had bought multiple vehicles here. This dealership seems to have a pretty good reputation in the area. My wife and I had high expectations but were not happy with the lackluster service from Rob (Elam? Can't remember his last name for certain). He was condescending at times and seemed very shifty. As a man, i have learned to trust my wife's instincts. We asked questions about an F150 we were interested in and he rarely looked us in the eyes (typical when someone is lying to you). The truck we were looking at had a weird wobble. Rib said they could put nee tires on to see if the wobble would go away....well the notes actually said that the mechanics already put new tires on AND new rotors. Plus I checked out the tires when we test drove the truck and they were brand new. I noticed a good amount of the vehicles on the lot had been sitting there for a long time. One truck we checked out had been on the lot for 10 months! When Rob told us that under no conditions were the deals negotiable, we walked out. In sales, EVERYTHING is negotiable. Maybe this is why there's vehicles sitting for 10+ months? We felt disrespected and lied to by Rob. We ended up driving 4 hours to Michigan to get a similar F150 that was $800 cheaper with 15,000 less miles and Ford Gold Certified with an extended warranty. From my experience, there's some shady business practices going on at Auto Express. Maybe not by everyone, but definitely Rob. 👎

Communicated with salesman Rob on Thursday 12/12, Friday 12/13, Saturday 12/14, Monday 12/16, Tuesday 12/17, Thursday 12/19 and today, 12/20. It was very clear that I was going to make the 5 hour trip to pick up the vehicle I was interested in on 12/20. Credit app was filled out and approved. Rob had family stuff and had to leave at 2 pm. We left Madison, WI at 6:00 am on 12/20, as discussed with Rob to accommodate his schedule. We reached Chicago at approx 9 am and I texted him to let him know we would be on time. Rob called to inform us that the truck had sold on Wednesday. Just makes me so mad typing this again. We had texted on Thursday and the incompetent Rob never thought to look or even get the truck ready. Rob should be relieved of his job over this incompetence. Do not trust him. He is the prototypical used car salesmen. Do not do business with this dealer.

Bought a truck didn’t send out title for 30 days.
Bought a truck didn’t send out title for 30 days. Paperwork was incorrect title could not be transferred plate could not be transferred. Lost use of truck for two weeks and they send me $250. Rental truck costs $314 a week. Never again

Stopped in to look at a Bronco, I was greeted at the

He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, the process is very streamlined and took a total of 2 hours! I will definitely be back for my next vehicle purchase!

We have bought two different cars from this establishment, and they not only have made it easy, but they were also friendly and accommodating. Don’t waste your time
I contacted the dealership to make sure the Nissan Murano I was interested was still available. The employee named Kevin said that it was there. We told him we’d be there that same day to look at it. Drove an hour and forty-five minutes just to be told it was sent to a shop for repairs. They promptly tried to sell me a different car. I immediately got up and left. Don’t wastes your money or time!
