Dealer does false advertising.

Dealer does false advertising. They dont want to sell the cars on the advertised price. Its a trick to get people in with a lower price. When you get there they switch the prices and try to make you finance at crazy rates. Avoid

I guess this is a NY thing.

I guess this is a NY thing.. But it is the good ole "bait and switch" game. We drove 2+hours to look at a vehicle, that was priced attractively. I called and asked what the out of the door price was.. listed price, plus taxes and dividends fees. I told the young lady what car I was interested in a driver made an appointment. I received a text to remind me of the appointment, and a reminder call the day of. At no time was I notified that the cars I was interested in were sold. I get there and conveniently BOTH cars are sold and the salesman (although he was adorable and nice) tried to get me to buy out of my price range and to finance the overage. I wanted the car we drove 2+ hours to see. Old tactic and it still is bad business to do. Shame on you 5 Star.. shame on you. 😠

Bait posting.

Bait posting. They put something with great pricing, but when you get there all of sudden it's not available for whatever reasons. I made an appointment for very specific vehicle but the car went to mechanics when I got ther.

I attempted to contact this dealership several times via

I attempted to contact this dealership several times via phone, their website and cars.com. I never received any type of response, even after filling out a credit application online. After a week, I moved on to a more responsive dealership. Not sure how this business model works for them.

They advertise prices that are not true pricing. They claim it's a NY state wide thing with competitors to get you to call them and inquire. The price was over $10,000 more than advertised. Another shady NY dealer.

Bate and switch. Car was sold two days before I came to the dealer. Answered questions but failed to tell me it was sold. Car fax did not match the actual ad. Shady shop
