Mitch is great!!!

Mitch was great answering questions and being honest with me. He was very professional, patient and knowledgeable about cars. Overall I had a great conversation with Mitch and he made me feel very comfortable and welcome there. I would return again and recommend anyone Mitch!!!

Certified Technicians? I don't think so

FURY MOTORS IN SOUTH SAINT PAUL.... My girlfriend bought her jeep at this location. She wanted a towing hitch put on, so she brought it back there. They quoted 1700. Tried to mount the hitch under the bumper, that's not what she wanted. It would sit too low. So they finally did it right. A terrible job coming from a dealership. Did not finish the job cause they did not order the correct parts. Then they were going to charge her for the loaner car. The only one that was sticking up for her was the one hitting on her. Fury motors in South Saint paul. Despicable, unprofessional, and terrible service. Do not take your vehicle there..

Wonderful customer service

Great customer service! Fast and friendly! Keallie was wonderful to work with! She had everything ready when we arrived which made our time in the dealership short, which was our preference. Cuz ya know, Covid.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! Customer service was a joke! After finally getting someone to sell us the car we wanted they promised us dent repairs from hail and both license plate bulbs to be fixed because apparently they do not check lights on a vehicle before it is sold and i got pulled over the night i purchased the car for no license plate lights!! We dropped the car off the following friday and was told they would have it done on tuesday...get a call on tuesday (the day it was supose to be complete) saying they lost our keys and asking us if we had them!! Then we hear nothing for almost a week and finally get a call it is done. Pick the car up and the license plate bulbs still do not work!!! After almost 2 weeks of it being there and no one cared to keep us informed on anything. Very dissapointed!

Lack of expertise

The service department has taken a serious nose dive in the last few years. We have bought the last 3 vehicles from them with full service warranties. I've brought my Ram 2500 in three times for the same issue. Only after the diesel service tech rode with my husband did he acknowledge the exact sounds the truck has been making all along, the tech then proceeded to say that he didn't know how to fix the issue so they would get back to us. Three weeks and several calls later I finally get a call back from Joe (a service advisor, that I have dealt with several times). This man hasn't changed his attitude or tone in the last year, he is rude and talks over you on the phone, he takes several days to respond to messages and he has no understanding of the lack of knowledge and experience his technician have. Unless you are having your blinker fluid changed I recommend you go elsewhere for service, especially on a diesel vehicle. I do hope Fury Motors find their way back to servicing the community they have been a part of for many years. It's a shame to see a dealership lose business because of poor communication and lack expertise.
