Well run, owner present and involved onsite, every person

Well run, owner present and involved onsite, every person was kind, helpful and welcoming, salesman, financial guy, personal, interested in my needs and responding to my requests. I would recommend them to anyone interested in a Chrysler or Jeep model. Even the woman sweeping the floors in the back hallway was gracious in helping me figure out the vending machine. Welcoming place, everyone very responsive. Nice cars, too. ;-)

Bought my jeep here because it was the best local option

Bought my jeep here because it was the best local option due to inventory, certainly not service. Was completely gaslit by the saleswoman--not only on my jeep that we had THOROUGHLY researched before entering the dealership, yet the saleswoman just COMPLETELY outright lied to us on many topics. She then thought it was somehow a good idea to gaslight my husband on his recent truck purchase too, literally insisting models existed with certain features that they literally did NOT. Like, WHY?! We had DONE our own research (thank god) so didn't buy into her blatantly false information or feel the need to argue with her about it but what a BIZARRE "customer service" experience that was--like visiting the twilight zone. Since then, I've had horrible experiences during oil changes at this location--even with an appointment they held me hostage for over 3 hours waiting for my standard oil change to be done & get my keys back. Absolutely would not recommend, particularly our saleswoman.

Sean Laughlin is the reason I give this Dealer 5 stars. As a Sales professional, Sean has ensured I got the vehicle I wanted at a price I wanted. Even when he thought he couldn’t do it, he went to management and made it happen.

I have been dealing with Fury for over 10 years and have had great working relationship. service has been outstanding. The mechanics and sales people have done a good jab at keeping my vehicles in good working order

I purchased a vehicle from Fury Motors S St Paul back in

I purchased a vehicle from Fury Motors S St Paul back in 2018. At the time they were all about promoting and backing their highly advertised LIFETIME POWERTRAIN WARRANTY on the vehicles on their lot. This was the main thing that sold me on the decision that I made that night when I chose to leave their lot. Fast forward 6 years later, I am now facing possible engine failure on my car. For this reason, I did not complain to Fury Motors, I reached out to the warranty company (CNA) in whom is partnered with Fury Motors. I addressed my concerns and almost immediately my warranty claim was denied. Their main reason being is that my vehicle had aftermarket performance parts installed on the engine. Here's the catcher though, these same parts that caused the warranty claim to be denied are the exact same parts that were already on the car when I purchased the vehicle. So I went to Fury Motors and instead of being remorseful, the general manager Justin laughed at my face over the phone at my request. All I'm asking for is for them to cover the charges for repairing my car so that I can go on with my day. So I can go to work, so I can pick up my kids after work. I was mislead into a false warranty that never even existed in the first place. So now i am taking them to court. Its funny though, when I mentioned legal action, they still call my bluff. Time will tell and karma will come back around. **To Fury Motors, please respond to this review. Keep in mind, it was CNA that convinced me to pursue legal action against you, seeing as your company lied to gain a warranty to slap on the vehicle in which YOU sold me back in 2018. ***Updated 9/12/2024 8:41pm. After the owner responded to my review, I decided to call the dealership back. However, management avoided me. It's actually quite amusing how as soon as you mention legal action that they want to come out and play. However, as I've said in my voicemail, I have PTO hours to burn. We can go to court. Call me. You've got my info.
