Inn late winter, I purchased a Ford C-Max Energi from

Inn late winter, I purchased a Ford C-Max Energi from Inver Grove Heights (excellent experience) and brought the car in in June for an inspection prior to taking a long trip. The car had a warranty. They found a problem and fixed it using the warranty plus a service charge. But it was super helpful that the dealer insurance covered a rental car and that Inver Grove Ford picked up and dropped of my car for servicing, and even drove me to the rental car place to return it. This was not so easy to arrange, but Dylan Ronayne took the time to make sure it was all coordinated so my experience was superior. Thank you. This was a dream after the nightmare experience I had purchasing an unsafe car with Milaca Motors in January.

Had an appointment to have my oil changed and tires

Had an appointment to have my oil changed and tires rotated. It took 2 hours and 15 minutes. When I was leaving my check engine light came on. Looking under the hood we found the oil fill cap laying on the radiator and the oxygen sensor unplugged. When they checked the air cleaner they didn't plug it back in.
