Dan was great to deal with during my shopping for a new vehicle. He was extremely patient, answered all my questions, was prompt in answering my emails, and did not push me into making a decision until I was ready. I told him up front I was looking at a number of vehicles and other than offering suggestions on what to look for he did not badmouth the other vehicles I was considering. Once I had ordered a vehicle and while I waited for it to arrive he continued to provide excellent service answering more questions and keeping me up to date on the process. Even now after I have taken delivery he is still helping with me with some of the technology things. Catrina made the paper work related to the purchase a walk in the park. She explained as we went and I think it's safe to say it was the most enjoyable signing up for debt I have experienced.

Inver Grove Ford Lincoln was the second and the last...
Inver Grove Ford Lincoln was the second and the last dealership we went to. Jim Rued was very attentive to our wants in a vehicle and once we made the decision as to which one we wanted, he made the whole process pleasant. He explained everything and when necessary, went over things again. The day we picked up the vehicle he made arrangements for us to be picked up and taken to Inver Grove Ford Lincoln to avoid driving another car out there. Everything went smoothly with Jim and everyone else we dealt with. I highly recommend Jim Rued and Inver Grove Ford Lincoln.

On the day we were going to "start our new/used car looking process", our first stop was at Inver Grove Ford. We were ready for the headache that always accompanied the fast, confusing talk that had always been part of our buying experience. We had no intention of buying that day! Then we met Faissal Bouanane! Right from the "hello and handshake", he was extremely professional; friendly; patient; listened to our needs; explained EVERYTHING; and new when to stand back and give us space. Consequently, we left that day the proud owners of a Mercury Milan. We have never had such pleasant car buying experience!

Inver Grove Ford has been "our" dealership...
Inver Grove Ford has been "our" dealership since 2002, when we bought our Ford Explorer. The Explorer was a great vehicle for our family and served us really well for 10 years. It rarely needed repairs, but when it did, the folks at Inver Grove Ford always did a very professional, excellent repair. In all these years of working with them, I was always very happy with my interactions with them. So when it came time to look for a smaller, more fuel efficient SUV, we turned to Inver Grove Ford. We had looked at vehicles at Toyota and Lexus, but neither had the right combination of quality and value that Ford offered. Our salesman, Jim Rued, was extremely helpful every step of the way, including finding the Ford Escape that I had "designed" on-line, to getting us the very best price. The rest of the team at the dealership were, as always, helpful, pleasant and professional. We feel very fortunate to have such a wonderful dealership so close to our home where we know that we will always have honest, great people to work with. I give them a 5 star rating!!
