Best experience yet.

Best experience yet... Car was exactly as described, that has to be a first for me. Price was great, car was great, experience was great. Juan was awesome. We were in and out in 20 minutes. Highly recommended!!!

Don’t buy from epic motors.

Purchased a 2006 Toyota 4runner. This car didn’t pass the Virginia state safety inspection because the car was taken to Toyota dealership and they had to fix the recalls in this car for airbags etc. I purchased this car in December from Juan and now since the car is less then 45 days old and I purchased a 6 month warranty for $500. Now epic motors Doesn’t return my calls and or emails. They sold me a lemon car. Nothing is was they said it was and the car doesn’t run due to 3 issues the Toyota dealership have found in order to drive the car safely. Epic motors is a fraudulent company. I now have to seek legal action due to being sold a lemon car. Wonder why they won’t fix the issues and why they lied about the car passing a Virginia state safety inspection! Well, time for a lawyer to come to the rescue. Epic motors ripped off a disabled combat veteran.

An Honest Used Car Dearlership...REALLY

Needed to buy a car fast and worked with Juan on my purchase of a 2011 Tucson last week. I bought the car online and it delivered to my door. Juan was extremely patient and answered my numerous questions. I was nervous because it was my first time buying a car I could not test drive. He was very honest and the car was exactly as he described. I am very happy I chose to work with Epic Motor Company and Juan. The car runs perfectly; I've driven 500 miles already with not one issue. I am coming back to Epic when I need another car.

Great to work with.

I enjoyed buying from them and thought they were great. Very helpful and flexible, and responsive to my requests. Couldn't have had a better experience, frankly.

Buyer Beware

We were in the market for a specific car. As we traveled north, we covered over 150 miles looking for it and ended up at Epic Motor Company. The car was exactly what we were looking for- but it was priced a little high. That was acceptable but there were problems with the car. Biggest issue was gear shifting. You could nearly put it in gear. I spoke with Juan, our salesman about it and he was very forthright saying it needed work and would be fixed prior to sale. I also talked him about the car pulling to the side. I tried to negotiate the price, but he would not come down. I agreed to pay asking price, but only if the car was fixed. We drove back down south and waited a week. Drove back up over 150 miles one way to pick up car. I specifically asked about what was done to repair the car and Juan assured me the car was 100% fixed. I even asked about the warranty and how that worked since I was so far away. Again, assurances were made the car would be covered. Fast forward two weeks and I have put less than 300 miles on the car. I’ve had one bill to repair struts of $1300. That discrepancy was new and not noted during the purchase. I just had gear shifter bust (the one dealership fixed) and that is another $730 bill. Neither of these are covered by the warranty. My biggest issue was the gearshift, though- that should have been covered by warranty. And if the warranty didn’t cover- I feel the dealership should have at least covered the $731. Attempts to contact Dealership have failed. When I call I’m given lip service, but ultimately blown off. This dealership is fraudulent, dishonest and dishonorable. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place.

Fraud

Epic Motors gave me a sales order today for $45,000. When I checked with my bank for a loan, they came back and said that the car was totaled. If they tried to defraud me, I have to imagine that they do all or many of their customers the same way. Be very careful doing business with them.
