Never Buy in this Dealer.......

I purchased a Suzuki SUV in 2009, the car mileage and its price was reasonable, but the people that I dialed with were the most arrogant and disrespectful I have ever met. First they showed me a cleaned car fax report, but few days after I found out that the car had been in accident. Also a couple weeks later I replaced the engine's gasket sealing; also I replaced the whole tires lugnets and struts. And I remember that I paid a ton of $$$. Disparate I went to their dealer, but MARIO said that it was not his responsibility anymore since the car was sold 2 weeks prior. Honestly I advice anyone to never go to their dealer otherwise you will get very disappointed.


Clean Car Fax, MD inspec fail, accident vehicle

Recently purchased a 2006 BMW 330i, I was showed a clean Carfax and was told that the car passed VA inspection and will pass Maryland inspection. When I had the car inspected in Maryland it did not pass and cost me $400 to replace worn brake rotors and missing fog light. The inspection mechanic also pointed out that the car had been in an accident. After he pointed it out i could see the sloppy paint job done on the door that looks like it was done with a paint brush for your home. I called the dealership, he offered to replace the fog light for free which a $25 dollar item, but the $400 brake rotors were my problem, I didn't bother $25 not worth drive to Virginia. I also confronted him about the accident and the clear Carfax he showed me. He simply stated that all he knows is what is in the Carfax which i find hard to believe. The mechanic immediately knew the car was in an accident, i would think if you are in the business of selling cars you would be really good at spotting signs of a car that was in an accident. He offered to investigate the nature of the accident, so at least I know how severe it was, will update review if they make good on that. Advice Insist on MD inspection if you are from MD and take to a mechanic before purchasing.

Its true that they are a small building, but who cares as long as the cars and service is great? I went from Ohio to VA to buy my Boxster and it was exactly as pictured and written up as. I had several to choose from and mario couldn't have been nicer to deal with. They even sent my service manuel to me after i left it there by accident. The car is wonderful and the trip was worth it. I saw many nice vehicles there to chose from. The prices were reasomnable and fair. I couldn't buy this car from where I live for the money I paid for there. I would recommend a trip there or a call to see what they could locate for me again. People really like my car and can't believe the low mileage and price i paid. Mario !! You're the man !!!



It is nice but some time car need to repair by dealer ,they are not sensitive.At least they should have warranty period so the car can fixed .i diagnosed my car in the dealer showroom ,and figured out some problem in the future need to fixed but dealer are saying all as it is.

Great car - great price - but a charm vacuum

I bought a used Audi A4 convertible from Fairfax Auto Gallery and am thrilled with the car and the price paid. They are a no nonsense dealer who I would recommend. However, don't go here expecting sales charm, proactively or the fun of the haggle. They will not blow smoke up your behind like so many dealers, they will not follow up with you, they won't even offer you a coffee - they are that confident that their cars and prices are good that they don't feel they should.


Good Deal. No Hassle

I had a good experience at this dealership. I got a good deal on a low-mileage older CR-V. They don't haggle on the prices so don't expect to talk them down much. But they are decent prices to begin with. CR-V was in perfect shape - I did have to buy a second key for it since they only had one. Easy transaction.


Easy Enough

I bought a Miata from this dealer a couple years ago. Overall, I found the dealer to offer clean used cars at good prices. I would highly recommend looking at their inventory on the internet then calling ahead to schedule to test drive the car since they don't keep all their inventory at their lot. The car was as advertised on the internet. I didn't find their sales staff to be pushy, and the negotiations weren't difficult, so it was a good buying experience.


crowded, poor service,

After a large snowstorm I called ahead and made an appointment to view a car. Upon traveling from Rockville to Fairfax I was told the car was buried in the snow and to come back. Giving them the benefit of a doubt I did that and again was told the same story. I did however find a car that I was interested that I could look at and decided to buy it. When I was ready to come and pick up the car I was told that "no one could pick me up at the Fairfax Metro Station" so I walked the 45 min to pick up the car. Dealership was crowded and it took an extended period of time to do the paperwork. Car was not detailed. When I asked about this was told that I could bring it back again to get it done. When I came back for to pick up my MD plates I was told that "no one was available to detail the car at this time" The car this was 2 years ago. Car has been ok, price I paid was average. Dealer selection is good, service is poor.


Don't buy here!

I was in the area for the weekend from PA and saw a car online which after seeing the pictures online I was very interested in. I had emailed them and told them I would be in town to look at the vehicle. I told them what I was looking for and I got back what might have been an auto response. I get there and there is no parking and is really hard to get into and out of. The car I came to see was packed all the way in the back and would have had to move about 5 cars to get it out. I was on the lot for over 30 minutes and not one person came out. Most of the cars that are "affordable" are way over priced. Lots of cars have damage and they make sure to take photos that hide the damage. I drove on to that lot and was intending on leaving with the car. After seeing how horrible the condition it was in I wouldn't have paid half what they listed it at. It needed paint, trim work, the interior was in horrible shape, was missing some things. All in all, the service is HORRIBLE, the prices are HORRIBLE, about 50% of the cars are HORRIBLE..Save yourself time and don't go..
