I moved to Roseville 6 years ago and am so happy to have Midway Ford so close. I have only dealt with the Service Department and the Quick Lane. These gents have treated me so well over the years. I recommend them highly and when telling a friend, he switched from New Brighton Ford to Roseville and is very pleased with Midway Ford.

2018 Jeep Wrangler
After keeping my eye on this vehicle for 3 months I finally decided to treat myself. The process online was simple, the communication with Dan in sales was great over the phone as well as in person. I visited several Ford dealerships when the Ford Maverick
I visited several Ford dealerships when the Ford Maverick was coming out and the only Ford Dealership in the Minneapolis Minnesota area that didn't charge over MSRP was Midway Ford. They were not the closest dealership to where I live but the trip was more than worth it. They have treated me right. I could go into a long story but I'll simply say, if you are reading this and are considering a Ford, visit Midway Ford and I think you will agree, they give you the best deal. Cy

My experience with Midway Ford was perfect.
My experience with Midway Ford was perfect. From the time I ordered the vehicle till the time I paid for it and picked it up they were in constant communication. My salesman has followed up with to ask if I had any questions about the vehicle and to make sure I was 100% satisfied with it and the service I received. Midway Ford is the only dealership I will go for my next vehicle.

Very disappointed in the way I was treated this morning
Very disappointed in the way I was treated this morning when I went in for an oil change. I’ve been taking my vehicles here for service for 15 years. Not anymore. Last week I scheduled a service appointment on their website and got an email back saying no appointment necessary. So I went in at 1:30 and was told I’d have to leave my car there for the rest of the day (7:00 pm). I was told they were very busy and I needed to be there first thing in the morning if I didn’t want to wait that long. I didn’t have a ride so I left. This morning I arrived before 7 a.m. and was second in line (they don’t take appointments). I was then told it would be at least a half day as I have a Mitsubishi and they needed to order the parts and oil. I’ve had this vehicle in for oil changes before and that was never an issue. The service guy said well things change. He also told me it would be cheaper if I just went to Mitsubishi. I asked if he ordered the parts and oil today if I could come back tomorrow and get in right away. He said I’d have to wait in line. I was trying to explain what happened last time when he interrupted me and said “Do you want me to order the stuff or not?” So I said no. I left and went to the Mitsubishi dealer. Got an appointment right away. I won’t be taking any of my vehicles to Midway Ford ever again.

Worst Service Department Around.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. It took me 6 weeks to get an appointment. Very poor communication and the service staff don't care. I asked them when it would be done and they told me "whenever we get to it". Called back the 2nd and 3rd day - they told me it was not even started yet. It took 5 days to change my oil and get a tire repaired and they didn't even put my spare away, just threw it in the back of the truck ready to be stolen. They never even looked at the 3 other items I asked them about. Cashier was rude and unorganized. I get you are busy and maybe understaffed but please be courteous and do good work. Can I give 0 stars????
