Jeff was great, as has been Ray in prior visits. The waiting area is comfortable and they send you a video of their inspection with commentary during the service. All the staff are helpful and courteous, and the online portal works well.

Oil change and tire rotation was done right. The customer lounge was clean. All the employees were friendly. And I will be coming back. Thank you.

I have a chevy dealership 6 miles from my house. I drive 20 miles to do business with Rosedale Chevy. I bought my 2025 Equinox back in July from Rosadale Chev. I brought my vehicle in for her first oil change. Harry, who met me for the intake of my vehicle was friendly and efficient. He told me it would be about an hour, which is what I was told when I made the appointment. After I went to the customer lounge I received a text where I could ask questions and have contact with the service area. After 1 hour and 5 minutes, Harry came to the lounge to let me know my vehicle was ready! He walked me to the cashier where I signed for my service and received my keys and was shown where my car was parked. Later in my Chevy app, I received a video of the mechanic showing me the underside of my vehicle and going over tires, suspension, oil pan, etc... and said he had no recommendations for service (I didn't expect any on a new car, but you never know)! I found the video to be informative and a professional touch of service!

He was an absolute pleasure to work with and made the process as easy and painless as possible. The finance representative (Eric?) was also great to work with. Incredibly seasoned, able to work through dense paperwork, complicated options and finicky topics with us with ease. I would highly recommend Ryan to any friend, family member or colleague to work with, as he actually was able to answer questions in real time with great insights regarding the competitive landscape beyond just what we were looking at.

Ryan was amazing and greeted me as soon as I pulled into the parking lot, he got me settled and helped as I was having car troubles. There was no pressure to buy a car, he went through options with me and gave me time to process all while making sure I had a way to get home that night. Ryan got me in a new Suburban and I LOVT IT!
