Our experience with Audi service has been nothing short of infuriating. After a rainstorm, our vehicle failed to start while we were temporarily staying with family in Wisconsin during a cross‑country move. Audi Milwaukee diagnosed severe water intrusion from the sunroof/moonroof drains, which leaked into the comfort control module and corroded the electronics — an $8,000 failure. We were shocked to learn that these drains require servicing every two years. In eight years of ownership, Audi Minneapolis never once mentioned this maintenance requirement, despite multiple service visits, including February 2026 and November 2024. Not a single warning. Not a single recommendation. Not the permanent fix. Nothing. This isn’t an obscure issue — it’s a documented Audi problem, covered under an extended warranty and addressed in a Technical Service Bulletin. Audi has known about this defect for years. Their service department had multiple opportunities to prevent a catastrophic failure and simply didn’t bother. Because of this negligence, we are stranded in Wisconsin, living out of a rental property, with our move to California on hold. Our only vehicle is inoperable due to a known issue Audi acknowledged but failed to proactively address. The disruption to our lives has been significant, costly, and completely avoidable. Audi’s lack of transparency and failure to act on a known defect is unacceptable. We expected better — and Audi delivered the opposite.

Steve was very welcoming and knowledgeable. The whole team was organized and friendly. Smooth and quick! I would recommend this team. They did not try to sell me a bunch of silly overpriced warranties or Underbody rust proofing. They respected my time and my intelligence, and I appreciate that. I will buy from them again:)

The salesperson was nice, but the car they tried to sell us was terrible. I’m so glad I had my mechanic look over this used car. They were happy to let us do it, but said their multi-point inspection catches everything - so glad I insisted (and spent the $100) on the inspection to find that there’s an oil leak, electrical problems, too much corrosion because they lied about where the car came from and more. This dealer also covered up the fact that there was an unresolved error code. That means they deliberately shut off an error light - and once driven another 50-100 miles, that same “check engine” light will come on for the new unsuspecting owner. Very shady business practice and my advice is to never buy a used car from this dealer. Oh, and they also immediately put that same car back online to buy, so they decided to not fix anything I mentioned for the next sucker (who opts to not get an inspection). Shame on you!!

Bought a used Audi S7 from Audi North Shore. My overall purchase experience was excellent. I was a bit apprehensive at first but my salesperson, Adam, was patient with me and answered all my questions over the period of 5 days. He really went out of his way and I appreciate that. He even put me in contact with the service advisor, Seth, to answer some service questions I had on the vehicle. When it came time to make a decision, Adam was unavailable so I finished things up with Paul who was also very helpful. Overall a great experience at Audi North Shore and I look forward to possibly working with them in the future for my next car purchase. A+++

Very bad buying experience, and horrible response time, would be very careful buying from this dealership. Never had a dealer not cover something that went bad after a few weeks.

If I could give the customer service experience more stars, I would! Highly recommend working with Mark Donahue for any Audi needs. I was trading in my A3 for an A4 and Mark took the time to answer all my questions and show me the upgrades that I wasn’t used to (it was very late in the day too). Very impressed with all the staff and will absolutely be returning in the future.

I highly recommend Audi Northshore. My recent purchase experience was not a perfect one but the handling of the situation and customer care was unbelievable for any day and age. Folks that listen, own issues, quickly resolve them.....will always get my business. Those type of business practices are almost extinct. Thank you for swiftly fixing the problems for you could’ve ignored me and told me to kick rocks....like most dealers. Btw, I love my Q7!

On the day I was informed that the car was still available, I chased over to the establishment, and easily found the vehicle on the lot. I was there about 40 minutes. I looked the vehicle over and also one other vehicle. There was no one in sight anywhere. I did not go into the showroom. But all I could see was the big screen television with basketball on it. I literally saw no one in the showroom either. Wow, not a single soul paying attention to the lot or the business. I have decided not to pursue this vehicle. I also informed the dealership when they followed up with me, of them not have any personnel available, they could have cared less. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Very Disappointing... Only weeks after purchasing a car from Audi North Shore Milwaukee. The engine began losing oil. There were no signs of leaks or oil spots anywhere. After notifying Audi North Shore immediately and completing two full inspections. One inspection said it was a leaking valve cover gasket, oil pan gasket and a cover seal gasket. After completing the second inspection and several quarts of oil later. It was determined to be a failed breather on the crank case and a category 2 valve cover leak. Two conflicting reports from two different certified Audi dealership technicians. I even paid for my scheduled oil change during all this. The cost of repairs are over 3K. Being disabled is rough enough!!! Just remember I reported this only weeks after buying their car and the best they will do is 15% off the cost of repairs. The breather on the crankcase obviously was compromised when they owned the vehicle and so was the category one valve cover leak that’s now a cat 2. Strange how the inspector failed to find the valve cover leak before selling it. But passed the vehicle as no oil leaks just one week before I bought it. Then they find it later. No help from AudiUSA either. I have all my records, receipts, and all their recommendations plus they will not provide me with two past owners records because they say it’s confidential even if I ask for them to block all of the previous owners information. Mean while as my engine burns oil out the exhaust I’m forced to cut corners to save for repairs. Buyer beware!!!
