Personal service is top tier. I brought my Jeep grand Cherokee in for a system maintenance check when I was having electrical issues. I had never been to Ryan before. I was very well taken care of by Heather when I arrived. She put my vehicle on the computer to diagnose the issue. Her top priority was my safety. The vehicle was not safe to drive and they set me up with a loaner vehicle on the spot. Wonderful communication through the repair process and updates on Progress. They have far exceeded expectations!

This was probably the easiest and quickest auto purchase we've ever made. Ryan was very knowledgeable of what my husband was looking for. If he didn't know the answer to our questions, Ryan found the right answers really quick. He is professional, efficient, and personable. When it was time to leave with our purchase Ryan made sure it was immaculate and showed us the hidden gems of the vehicle. He has a great future ahead of him!

I worked with salesman, Steve, Schiller, and financial , Dave Mix. Both of the gentlemen provided excellent customer service. Honestly, the best customer service I have ever received at a car dealership. I was working to buy a ram 1500 on 31 July, which was the last day of certain promotion rebates. I was dealing with dealerships in California, Texas, Arizona, Florida, Tennessee, and Minnesota. My hometown of Rapid City Rams dealership did not offer the vehicle that I was looking for. I explained my situation to Steve who was Joni on the spot and insured. I got all the information pictures and videos. I needed to help me make my decision. Once I decided to go with it, Steve and Dave made it work quickly and easy. I flew to Minnesota the very next day to pick up my new truck and Dave let me know that he got the financing to the low rate that I was able to get through my own bank but because I was picking the vehicle up on a Saturday, my bank was not able to work with me. But Dave made it work and got the low rate that my bank would’ve offered me otherwise. I was super impressed with both of these gentlemen as well as the rest of the team there who I got to chat with. Very good crew who takes care of their customers. Very impressed.
