Bought my car there under old ownership...fantastic!! New ownership leaves much to be desired. Bought my son a car there...4 times in less than 3 months had to take it back for service over check engine lights and fear of being stranded in need of a tow....also, was sold to us with an unresolved failed emissions test. They swapped it for a different car and that one had a check engine within 3 weeks... took it to a dealership for repairs and they were shocked at the novice level issues.... 2K later my son is finally safe and reliable for the road

Tommy the owner is great. He made the process of going thru the paperwork a whole lot easier. When I didn't think I could get approved his associate made it happen. I have since bought 3 cars from him. But I wouldn't bring a car there to get repaired. They charge high amounts just for looking at it and my 2013 Santa fe sport was recalled and his mechanics said it wasn't. I brought it to the dealer and there was 2 recalls on it I will be wo a car for a couple of days

They have great deals and work well with any credit score. They also have many cars to choose from between their 3 locations. Sometimes it takes a while to get in contact with someone but they usually answer fairly fast.

I brought my car in for emissions and tires and it turned into a little bit of a fiasco due to mistakes on MY part. Oryn was over the top patient and accommodating despite my oversights. If you want to deal with someone who's honest, hardworking and on the ball this is the place.

Place may look small, but people and work quality is high. Today, just got emissions done on F250. The wait was 15 minutes and done. Previous visits for muffler replacement, and prior vehicles engine work, etc. Over 5 years, always fair, unpressured recommendations, and competent.

What ever we have needed, an emissions test or work on our car. Oryn has always treated us fairly and we will keep coming back!

I had heard good things about Town Hill Autos for many years and looking at their inventory I decided to visit to purchase my son?s first car. There is always a perception of distrust with used car sales and I had relatively low expectations. However, I must admit I couldn?t have asked for a better or more professional experience at every stage of the process. The Sales Manager, John, was pleasant and highly knowledgeable, not just about his own stock, but about the trade in general. He listened and made sensible suggestions, based upon my budget and my needs. He made giving him the money very easy! What made Town Hill Autos stand out especially was the professionalism after signing the papers. The car was given a full service and anything (and I really mean anything) that might have made the car anything less than perfect was attended to. This included new tires, even though there was plenty of tread left, brakes, even a slightly sticking rear window controller. Their commitment to ensuring that we got a vehicle that was second to none was surprising and refreshing. At no point was there any hesitation by them to skimp on anything regarding that car. I cannot recommend them enough to anyone who is looking for a dependable high quality vehicle that they stand 100% behind at all times. I will continue to return there for future cars, plus I will have my existing vehicles serviced here from now on. I would recommend that you do the same
