"The car started for us"~Mazda of Lodi

Bought a used 2017 cx-5 on Wednesday. Michael said diagnostics were run and there were no issues. Picked the car up on Thursday. Had to have the car jumped within 72 hours. Called Mazda of Lodi and asked about what to do. Asked about the diagnostics they ran, "car started fine for us". Starting the car is not a diagnostic. Checking the battery is diagnostic. They sold me a car with a "bad battery" and then tried to charge $250 (minus a gracious 10% discount) for a new battery. Bad business practices. Bring a mechanic or at least a code reader since their diagnostics consist of "the car starts".

Horrible Experience - Waste of time

I made an appointment to see a particular vehicle at this location. This was done through Gail via email, saying that the car is available. She assigned Henny to assist me in person. Once I arrived to the dealership, Henny informed me that the car was unable to be shown and started showing a different car, insisting it was the same anyway. He let me know if I would like to see the car that I had an appointment for, a deal would have to be in place. Therefore, in order to view the car that I had an appointment for, a deal in place would be needed. Please beware of this business practice being conducted here. I was looking forward to giving them my business, but will look elsewhere now.

Turn around….run!

Salesman lied over and over about charging over sticker price. They are very slick about it, if you have bought a car there recently check the USB they hand you instead of a printout…there is a reason for that. You sign on a big electronic table that they flip around. They point and circle the numbers they want you to see but the screen is so big it’s easy for them to cover up what they don’t want you to see. If you are generally a trusting person who believes what people tell you stay FAR away from this place.

Bad pricing, poor salesmanship

Was shopping for a new CX-30. This dealership is very close to me and I thought it would be convenient. The first salesman I spoke to on the phone was pushy. Only interested in having me come in and didn't answer questions over the phone. When I go in, this dealer wanted $3k above MSRP, even after I came back with two offers in writing from other dealers for MSRP only. They also initially tried to include the whole $3k markup as part of a lease deal. If you're in the area, try Wayne Mazda for better pricing and service.

Manager that lies

I inquired about a vehicle at this dealership last week Friday I spoke to Hector Colon (MANAGER) about a vehicle I was interested in, he was very nice answered all my questions told me he would call me back in 30 minutes but never did, also I did request a video of the vehicle being I live 100 miles away he told me he would send it but never did sent it. The next day I got and email with I am sorry I will have it to you by 10-10:30 am the latest, NEVER GOT IT. The day after I got another with the same nonsense. I do not recommend this dealership and smell a SCAM I would give a ZERO on stars if I could !

The new model is to die for

I came in looking for the cx-3 but was pleasantly surprised when Galen suggested the cx-30. left with a brand new one and excited to drive it this summer!

In and Out--No Complaints

Had an issue with my brakes, went in to get them fixed, politely greeted, nice hospitality, and was in and out. Parts and repairs people super helpful.

Repairs

Still waiting for them to resolve the burn holes in used cx5and cigarette smell on a certified used Mazda it's been two weeks all I get is were trying to find a place to replace seat covering
