I made an online appointment for a 45,000 mile service

I made an online appointment for a 45,000 mile service online (because you can?t speak to anyone local everything routes through a 800 number call center). It showed online the items for the service online. I took my truck in and the guy says what would you like done? I tell him I made the appointment online for the 45,000 service. He then tells me the cost for the service doesn?t include really anything listed. I ask what it includes and he tells me it?s basically an oil change. I point out that it?s 5x an oil change cost so that makes no sense. He can?t really explain that. I tell him to contact me if there are things that are needed with the check. (He says the my don?t really do that they just do it all and charge you for it whether it?s needed or not). My wife picks the truck up a few days later and they did an oil change and a transmission flush because I asked them to. They didn?t check anything in the truck because my wipers are bad and my filter shows 20%. They sure charge as if they did. I plan to sell my GM because I have tried every dealer in town and the service is awful at all of them. I like the look of the truck, but since Day 1 when I bought it new I have had issues they can?t fix. The Infotainment center still doesn?t work after taking it in 3x in a recall.

I have previously purchased 2 used cars from this

I have previously purchased 2 used cars from this dealership and had great experiences. However, under the current GM the sales agents are pressured not to let you have a mechanic look at your used vehicle (I was buying for my son and it was not certified preowned) because you have a 5 day 150 mile guaranteed return. This is in the paperwork and was communicated by my salesperson. When my independent mechanic reviewed the 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee I payed $11K for, there were over $8K in repairs needed and my mechanic recommended I return the vehicle (I was within both parameters for the return). My salesperson was told by the GM that we could not bring the car back because the guaranteed return does not include vehicles over 10 years old (PATENTLY FALSE BY THE TERMS OF THEIR CONTRACT). I did finally manage to return the vehicle but when I recently returned to pick up my check and title to unwind the transaction I overheard another less scrupulous salesperson telling another fellow who was also within the guaranteed return that because he brought a car back with the check engine light on the car could not be returned. This was a lie and I believe this dealership regularly engages in predatory practices.

Not the greatest car buying experience I have had.

Not the greatest car buying experience I have had. From being promised items to escalating to the GM with zero response and or receiving such items. Customer service is not a strong suit at the dealership. The Finance manager was awesome.

I purchased a new black grille for my Sierra Denali and I

I purchased a new black grille for my Sierra Denali and I arrived at the dealership at the prescribed time for the install. In speaking to the service advisor I told him that I had a scheduled appointment at 1:00 p.m. that I could not change. I needed to be driving away at the end of three hours at the dealership. The service advisor told me they could get me done and gone in 2 1/2 hours. He was wrong. He had me done and gone in two hours! And my truck looks great with the new grille!
