The gm is telling a straight lie! I only visited once about a week before. The deal was negotiated then. The gm Vitas, said it would be detailed gassed... and ready plus the broken key fob would be fixed. It wasn't... No gas, no wash and fob still broken. They said they would mail it to me.. Then the gas pedal incident happened. What part of check in hand does he not get? This was my 2nd time there this day to give it to them. I waited around an hour trying to get a hold of them PERIOD. Once there was an ISSUE, EVERYONE DISSAPPEARED while my brother and I tried to get help. I left after no response, who wouldnt? I called back next day and they said they would fix problem and get back to me but did not and I called EVERDAY because they did not call me as they promised only to find out they sold it!! No one EVER TOLD ME SOMEONE ELSE WAS SHOPPING IT TOO LIKE HE CLAIMED. Pure lie. Besides you can clearly see his comments dont add up to situation. The deal was made on the first visit as I do live out of town that is why I came back with the check.
I drove the 09 black f150 and the gas pedal dropped to floor by itself with my foot only on the brake!! Coming from a complete stop! Had to take key out... to stop it from dragging me thru intersection. They were supposed to be getting it checked out and get back to me but did not. They all gave the run around. I came with check in hand and this is the crappy service I get?! Plus they avoided me because they sold it instead of telling me they weren't going to do anything about it. Vehicle is NOT SAFE! BUYER BEWARE! Don't buy from this ratchet place.
I've went through a few car buying processes and this was the best experience yet. Very family owned type feel and very easy to work with. I had two kids... so that says a lot! Thanks Evans Helms!
They plain out stink. Don't even waste your time.Try to make you get a loan through them double payment and pay double asking price. Then they get angry... and toss paper work because you figure out what they are doing. GO TO THE DEALERSHIP UP THE ROAD FROM THEM. ANYONE BUT THEM.
March 30th 2018 but my Cadillac CTS 3 Days Later started having problems with the front end after a two-month dispute with Matt the general manager my... front end finally got fixed never got any warranty paperwork regarding my struts my Springs anyting now here it is a month-and-a-half after that and the computer goes on my car to be told by Matt the manager what do you expect you got a car for $3,700 and the phone hung up on and no results very very bad customer service I would not recommend this dealership to anybody.
Poor customer service underhanded dealings with the title selling junk I would not recommend to my worst enemy. These cars can not be reliable for every... day transportation
Stayed open late to finish paperwork bc they couldn’t run my debit card for the down payment and I had to go find somewhere to do money orders to do 3k... down but overall nice and easy experience and friendly staff

Car broke down after 2months. Needed a new engine. They refused to honor my warranty and said it was my fault. Had to go threw them for the new engine... and the car sounds wost, they also took 3 weeks to fix it when i was told a week and when evwr i would call noone ever returned my phone calls.... never again will I be doing any business threw them or recommending them for anything.
