Disappointing Customer Experience
The vehicle was fine. Communication with Sales Team was exceptionally disappointing. I met with the Sales Consultant, selected my vehicle and placed a deposit on it. Over the course of the next 4 days, all of my phone calls(3) voicemails, and emails(2) went unresponded to. Since purchasing the vehicle, they have not met the commitments on that were identified as part of the sale.
Great for service.
Quick and easy, my advisor very attentive and efficient. Would definitely recommend this place for Honda service. Facility is clean and they washed my vehicle which was a nice touch at the BMW dealer they make me wash my own.

Very happy with the service. They suggest services but no high pressure to complete them. They got the recall done quickly. They did an oil change and inflated my tires.

Great, prompt service with a friendly face.
Richfield Honda and Brandon had me checked in for 40000 miles multi check and oil change request in about a minute. Very courteous service, and he sent a contact email in minutes. I was able to use an oil change coupon to save some money and they had my vehicle status report emailed to me in about an hour and my car ready to go in about 1 1/2 hours. Truly a great experience and prompt, thorough service. Make it easy to recommend you take your Honda to Richfield Honda. I’ll buy my next suv from them. Steve L

Smart and Impressive
I was very impressed with my recent visit. Staff are welcoming, positive and very competent. I especially appreciate the paperwork they present, which documents all service completed, written in a refreshingly easy style that is quickly understood. The physical plant is spot-on beautiful, with the grounds clean and well groomed. Patronizing this dealership feels reassuring and rewarding. LOVE this dealership!

Left my eight month old Honda CRV hybrid with the intake person, Johnny, for its first oil change. I found his manners impeccable, his attitude excellent, and his time assessment spot on. I am not used to going to the dealer for service, because I consider it more expensive, but in this case since it was a covered benefit I decided to try it. Kudos to all involved, it was an excellent experience, and I even got my car washed as a bonus! Due to this positive experience, I will probably bring it back for a second maintenance interval and decide from there. But this was definitely a good start.
