Rich was fantastic from beginning to finish.
Rich was fantastic from beginning to finish.I told him that out of a 1-10 Scale, he was at 350! He is knowledgeable, very pleasant, patient with questions, customer-care focused, and has a good sense of humor. He also was very detailed on being sure everything was covered, and even walked me to my car to be sure I was satisfied! The other staff, particularly the people behind the counter for rental cars, were awesome: very friendly and cared about us all being well taken care of. Issue: A manager needs to train the mechanics to take care of cleaning places in the car when they dirty it; when I got home, I found that their mechanic had left the door-width “threshold” of the driver’s entry absolutely filthy. This shows lack of focus and care on that person’s part.

We had a great buying experience with RBH and our sales leader, Alyssa Curtis. Leading up to when we were ready, she was responsive and informative, but not overbearing. When we were ready, she was direct, informative, thorough, yet efficient. There were no pricing games, just a "lets get this done for you" attitude. Definetaly the easiest car purchase I have ever made on all fronts (THANK YOU!).

Everyone other than Jose Munoz was wonderful.
Everyone other than Jose Munoz was wonderful. My car was dropped off for an appointment at 8:00 am on 8/7/24, I received a text at 12:30 stating my car was 2nd in line for inspection, I called around 2:15 for an update and Jose was very curt when I questioned why my car hadn't even been looked at yet when my appointment was for 8 am. He stated that he had asked if I understood how the diagnostics worked and that I had stated that I did. I responded with I understood how diagnostics work but that didn't mean that I understood that my appointment at 8 was just to drop off the car, I had been in 2 times previously and had never waited this long for an answer. The car was finally diagnosed, I received a text and called to ask about other items that we had passed on previously, which were sent over and I authorized but because of the late hour, parts were now going to take an extra day so now my car wouldn't be ready until Saturday, and then it still wasn't ready, it took another 5 days until that Thursday, 8/15/24 with help from Jason, Jorge, Jeremy and Matt to get my car back fixed and to feel better about my experience. I had called after getting the car home to find a scuff/scratch on the front right bumper, and left a message with Matt, he called me the next Monday to ask if Jose had reached out as he was not working and I informed him that no I had not heard from Jose and still have not heard from Jose about the damage to my car. The only thing I have heard form Jose was to fill out this survey.
