Good buying experience.

Good buying experience. Only complaint is how long it took to receive a vehicle after ordering it. Took 11 weeks from when I ordered it to take delivery.

After having a difficult experience at another dealership

After having a difficult experience at another dealership I called Lupient GMC in Golden Valley and they found me the exact car I wanted in a matter of hours. From start to finish, the process was seamless and stress-free and the customer service was outstanding. Jeloni was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive, ensuring that all my questions were answered and that I felt confident in my purchase. Terrible experience with the Gm Tim at this location.

Terrible experience with the Gm Tim at this location. They scratched my truck, did a car wash without consent. I’m mainly upset because I just paid 1300$ to have it paint corrected and ceramic coated. In contact with the Gm and I let him know I just wanted my detailer to correct the damage. Because he has zero knowledge on how ceramic works (he thinks it prevents scratches so blamed the detailer) he is tossing it to the side. Literally over 1300$. I told him I would be doing a small claims court, his response “sue me” I let him know I would complain to dmv, ftc, and attorney general. His response “ we’re a corporation, please complain” I did purchase my truck here and it was a great experience. No shade to any of the people working here or even the service department. As it was an honest mistake, but wow, the Gm needs to go. This is who they have running their businesses. It is absolutely appalling. I have filed a complaint with ftc just now. Also in talks with my lawyer about how to proceed. Just ridiculous that I have to go through all this, over a simple fix that they made in an honest error. He would rather deny everything than to help take care of the customer. Which I will never go back here. You’ll see my complaints on every social media platform, plus every person I talk to. Will it disrupt their business probably not. Just know you are good until something happens and you’re in my situation.

Shady, I see a truck on the internet I inquire about it. I get a call we talk and we go thru the whole thing credit and all. Everything was a go. I told them I would be In the next day after work. So now it's the next day I get a call from Sara and she informs me that there 3 other people in line to buy the truck. I was caught off guard since I thought we had a deal and I was coming in to pick it up. We'll sara tells me "we do not have a deposit from you". I said I'm sorry you never asked and I was going to do that when I picked up the truck. Then she says we'll it would be non refundable. I felt like this was a hard sell tactic and I was caught off guard. Mind you I've been in cars for years and I would never pull something like this. Very shady and unprofessional. Sara tells me well we still have the other truck. So I felt like they were trying to get two sales in. She was going to call me back but almost two hrs later after the last person I guess didn't buy the truck. Shady I will not buy a thing from them. Poor customer service and super shady. Good luck

We're sorry you missed out on the initial vehicle of interest - we do not hold vehicles without a non-refundable deposit and do have discretion over which customer ultimately gets to move forward with the purchase, especially on high-demand vehicles.

You never once asked or even told me about any of this until the day i was coming to pick up the truck. As far as out conversation the night before was ill see you at 530pm that was it. Next day 1pm you called and told me there were 3 people in line for the truck today. Shady. I was in sales and never ever would i pull that garbage. Use any excuse you like but what you did was shady. Good luck went to the other dealership and picked up a new one with less miles and better deal. You lost a sale and a few customers. Be up front next time. If you wanted a deposit you should be clear on that, but never did you ask or imply it.

Had a great experience working with Brandon G. I brought my car in to have a few issues fixed. Brandon G. was very friendly and accommodating with my requests, and made sure I knew exactly what was going on. He made the process of fixing my car very smooth and I am thankful I got to work with him.
