I never felt like a valued costumer while I was there. I sat at a desk looking out a window for 15-20 minutes at a time while paperwork was being complete or my sales person was wondering around the building with other costumers. I should have felt excited about buying a new vehicle and left questioning a few things. Spare key didn't work and Myron was unwilling to give me a new one, had to demand the manager who happened to be very nice and willing to work with me. Window washer fluid/pump doesn't work, almost ran out of gas on the way home because the vehicle was left empty. All 4 tires were low on pressure. Yes, some of the issues were unavoidable, but they all added up to make me question my purchase.

Don’t know why this was sent to me again maybe because the dealership deleted my first response to my experience. I’ve learned a big lesson and all this, but I know every dealer is a crook. They got their ways in knowing the weakness of an automobile or their tricks, and not telling you things. My test drive was basically a mile and a quarter a speed of 50 miles an hour, the sales person was with me telling me where to turn so the test drive was nothing you need to get up on highway speeds specially for a pick up nowadays pick up Scott a wall for a face 20 inch wheels that all takes affect and how the wind pushes you around or your speed. The sales person, and catching her lies all the time I ignored it at first, but at the end it was a big nuisance when I wanted questions answered, and they never answered it. I wanted someone higher than the sales person to contact me and they send me the sales person. The finance person basically picked my warranty, came up to me and asked me how much I drive per year and stated oh you probably want this one. I just assumed he was getting a package together and then show me the difference from one package to another. He picked it for me. I got home notice scratches in the bed of the truck brand new vehicle. They used a sharp shovel to get the snow out of it versus water. finance guy stated what I drove before 2003 Ford F150 oh you’re stepping into luxury he stated from my experience with his 2022 ram warlock I’d rather have my 2003 Ford versus this light weight junk. Drove out west, the South Dakota border from Morris to Browns Valley in a strong wind, and was always in overdrive again that’s what I get for such a short test drive that they put you through. On the way home I put the tailgate down same thing any strong wind and you’re in overdrive. This is what I mean about a wall for a face and these big wheels and they make it lightweight so they think they can put in a smaller motor which is a V-6 and to me it’s all junk. I’d rather have the 03 Ford I wish I had my 97 Ford that was a good truck or the 76 Chevy pick up with a straight six . today’s vehicles are lightweight and then now they’re putting in four cylinders in a pick up truck. Give me a break. One star overall they were good at first they accuse me of things nobody called me for my options. They rush you through and then when those problems and I reached out to somebody higher than the sales person and what they did send the sales person right back I don’t want to talk to her, I wanted to talk to somebody higher up so this is how they treat your customers to me. You have no intentions to 95% sales person wanted me to fill out a form and fixing the problems but nothing was written in that form so therefore I’m not signing anything because they can fill in whatever they want afterwards after I signed it and said that I agreed to it but the sales person can’t understand that she’s too much of a hothead and never explained things to me.!,
