Too much

I took my 2002 Mercury Mountaineer in for a front-end fluid leak. I was told that the fluid was leaking from the front differential overflow and fluid would need to be drained below the overflow to solve the problem. I was also told that this problem could be attributed to two scenarios. 1) Differential over filled during service. 2) Parked on a steep grade. I asked to have the service price adjusted because I believe the differential had been over filled during recent service at this dealership. I had front end differential flushed and filled three years age at 60k miles. There was no leak until the recent WORKs service was performed. I parked in a garage and have parked on my driveway in the past with no previous leaks. I was charged $104 to drain some fluid from the differential and clean the surrounding area. I also had $1400 of additional work done on the vehicle during this repair trip so I felt that the $104 charge could have been waived and I asked the service advisor to ask the service manager to consider a discount prior to my arrival to pick up the vehicle. No such luck...

Service repair

I was going to give it 5 stars all the way around until about 12 hours after my Escape was picked up it was leaking worse than it was before it was supposedly fixed. Had to bring it back in the day after I picked it up. Just picked it back up last night. Can't say yet how I would rate it now. Overall I really like Superior Ford.

your company always comes thru your service dept bent over back wards to make sure i hsd a truck/picked me up/droped truck off after repairs/had another driver to make sure i csn stay home we should make a commercial i can read lines i will continue to bring my truck in for all my needs short story when i bought the truck i asked what color i can get/his reply red -i asked what other colors you had-his reply--red love the color thanks again-i would highly recommend you company for referral-already have

Ignition

Even though I explained that I needed a computer re-set when my car was still new for an ignition (starting problem) and that Superior was unable to diagnose the problem at that time, but that American Ford did and fixed the problem, this possibility was dismissed as irrelevant and again Superior was not able to diagnose the problem on the day shift! They still charged me $65.00 for a car wash!! since they were unable to diagnose the problem. All they could offer me was for me to leave my car overnight in their back lot and someone would try to start it every few hours!!! I paid the $65 and took my car home.

Superior-Brookdale Ford

I love the quick lube for oil change. Can obtain coupons for it and get a free car wash when needed. Their lounge has free coffee and newspapers as well as TV to watch while waiting.
