I submitted a pre-approval/loan application with CarWise Gurnee and never received any response, feedback, or follow-up regarding my application. Despite this, they ran multiple hard credit inquiries, which now negatively impact my credit score. I tried calling to get clarification—no one answered or returned my calls. The complete lack of communication is unacceptable and makes me seriously question the handling of my personal information. At this point, whether I was approved or declined is irrelevant—it feels like my identity was mishandled or even stolen. Extremely unprofessional and deeply concerning experience. I would not recommend doing business with them.

Prior to driving 2 hours to see a car, I sent an email requesting very specific information on a vehicle I wanted to purchase. I am deaf and cannot call to ask questions. I received a very generic response that did not answer any of the questions I asked. They don't care to read and answer my email; I don't care to do business with them.
