This dealership is border to fraudalent.

This dealership is border to fraudalent. Once they take your money, car documents are lost and all management including title department are unavailable for 7 weeks. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

They financed me a vehicle and before I could Make my

They financed me a vehicle and before I could Make my first payment it was broke down extremely disheartening staff was rude not helpful so now I’m paying a car note on a vehicle that is not working I have called so many times requesting to speak with the general manager or district manager and that still has not happened even though I have called about 10 times or more and when you leave a voicemail they respond with saying click the link when you click the link the link does not work so my experience was disappointing and disheartening

I purchased a car in February 2025 and had one of the

I purchased a car in February 2025 and had one of the worst dealership experiences I’ve ever encountered. The finance manager, Ronald Brock, fraudulently added a $4,000 warranty and a $1,000 GAP insurance policy without my knowledge or consent. He hid these additions in the paperwork during the signing process. I had explicitly told the salesperson that I did not want a warranty — and yet, they added it anyway, behind my back. When I discovered this, I began emailing Ronald to have the charges removed. His replies were condescending and dismissive, and after a few exchanges, he stopped responding entirely. I sent multiple messages through the dealership's website contact form, and the only reply I received was a suggestion to call Ronald directly. I made it clear that I would only communicate via email, as I wanted a written record of everything — especially given the clear deception I had already experienced. When Ronald did respond again, he made explicit promises that the refund would be issued to my bank. But that promise went unfulfilled — until I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Only then, after more than three months of silence, delays, and evasions, did the dealership finally issue the credit to my bank account — at the end of May. This dealership’s behavior was deceptive, unethical, and predatory. They intentionally added products I did not agree to, then ignored me for months, apparently hoping I would just give up. It fits every stereotype of a sleazy, dishonest car dealership. I will never do business with them again. And I strongly advise others to stay far away from this dealership. If you value honesty, transparency, and integrity in a car-buying experience — look elsewhere.

Salesman was great, the salesmanager a tool.

Salesman was great, the salesmanager a tool. Not willing to negotiate any and lost a deal over $150. They will try to sell you unneeded services like Lo Jack. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Of you see the price and are happy with it thats the starting point they will want at least 1500$ more for add one. Read the reviews, I see others had similar issues.
