The entire process, from having a Kia test drive to the eventual purchase agreement, was pressure-free and straightforward. The staff are incredibly supportive, especially, Marco. I strongly suggest this place.

I was grateful for their accommodating approach and the good price on my traded-in Kia. It took less than 2 hours, including the trade-in formalities and all the papers.

Highly recommend staying away from this automotive dealer. I have called four times over three days.....spoke to a receptionist...sent email with trade as well as texted the pictures, vin number (2022 Jeep Weangler Rubicon) and cannot get a call back. I would've been their easiest sale all year because my wife really wanted a vehicle they have....but can't get a return call. Can't imagine how poor the customer service would be if I actually had a problem I needed resolved....and I've been buying and doing business over the internet for 20 years.....this is the first negative review I've ever left. And I've had some bad experiences....but nothing as poor as this in just trying to get a return call.

LIARS! spent alot of time inspecting car and dealing with salesman. was ready to sign for the truck , they told me i had to pay $1000 EXTRA (above the agreed price) for lojack system i did not want or ask for. i will NEVER go back to these sleazebags.
