I cannot recommend Damion Hood enough! From start to finish, he was quick, thorough, honest, and incredibly kind. I came into the process knowing exactly what I wanted — and I was very particular about the details and price range. Where others might have gotten frustrated or tried to upsell, Damion listened patiently, respected my criteria, and worked diligently to make it happen. He never pressured me, and I always felt like he was advocating for my best interest. He kept the process smooth and efficient, and thanks to him, I drove away in the exact car I was hoping for — all within my budget. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares, goes the extra mile, and delivers results without the typical dealership games, Damion is your guy. Hands down the best car-buying experience I've ever had!

2016 Town and County.
2016 Town and County. Looked at all the info on both cars.com and the dealers website. They didn't have any pictures on either site, I can see why - there was a significant dent in the passenger side door which of course they didn't want anyone to see. They were asking 14,000 for this when the KBB and Edmunds top retail was $10,900.00. They told my it was at paint initially, then they told me Chrysler had it, said it had a blind spot detector problem. Once it came back from there, I received a video of the vehicle after 3 requests. I decided to go look at it after I received the video. What a waste of my time to go look at it after all this crap. When they pulled it up to the door the vehicle was filthy and glaring right at me was a significant dent in the passenger side slider. I asked Charles why they didn't fix the door when it was at paint. He said they were selling it as is. He had already offered a $1,000.00 discount for the blind spot detector not working. I asked the guy if I looked like a fool or what. Why would anyone buy a 2014 Town and Country for $13,000.00 (even though it had 67,000 miles on it) when it had a dent in the side door and would require approx. $3,000.00 in repairs on the blind sport detectors. I was prepared to make an offer around the top private party estimate but needless to say when he told me they were firm on $13,000.00 I told him thanks a lot and good luck selling it. They will probably end up taking it to auction and get significantly less than what they think. All in all, it was a pretty pathetic experience. I would never go back to Luther North Country Ford and don't recommend that others do either.

The communication with my service advisory was great.
The communication with my service advisory was great. At one point, my service advisor was home ill and another service advisor picked up my case and the communication was once again above and beyond. I have always felt "heard" when I bring my vehicle to North Country Ford. Great customer service.
