Hardee Auto Sales

I don't do many reviews... but I had to do this one. Buying a car is stressful and something I wasn't looking forward to. But at Hardee's there is no hassle... no stress... no pressure. The service has been fantastic. An absolute pleasure. All the stars!!!!!!

I applied online for financing and never heard from them. I contacted them twice and two different people said they would check into my application and call me back. Never heard from either of them. This is very poor customer service.

I drove out to Hardee Auto Sales to buy a particular truck that I saw online. when I got there, there were more trucks that was not online. Matthew let me switch tires and rims from one truck to the one that I bought. they were the most helpful and laid back dealership that I have ever bought from.

At first I was concerned because of the other reviews. Mainely about not responding to emails or phone calls. But now I know why! These guys are really busy. I had to wait 20 minutes for an available salesman. They handed me several sets of keys for cars that I was interested in and told me to go drive them. I guess I looked honest lol. My salesman told me that I was the 100th car sold for the month and that was on the 13th of February! it was definitely worth the drive out there, & I will be doing business with them on my next purchase.

Called and sent emails regarding two vehicles. Never got a a call back. Bought car elsewhere, where the salesmen were helpful and no pressure.

I can't actually speak to the 2013 Toyota LE Corolla I just bought because I just got it but I'm guessing if it as good as the people at Hardee's, it will be perfect. Chad, my salesman, was polite, helpful, caring, and compassionate. Staff at Hardee's went over and above to make buying my first car, which was very difficult as a new widow, a good experience. I thank you.

Every member of my family has bought cars from the Hardees. Matthew always goes above and beyond. They are all Christian, family oriented guys. The only place I'll ever go as a single mom. :)

I was pleased with the service that I received from Hardee Auto Sales today. The experience was awesome. My wife and I saw the car we wanted and they made it happen. Chris treated us like customers and not just a purchaser. He made sure the car was right before we took it home. He also made sure it was the car I wanted and if it wasn't he said he would find it and bring it to us. What a salemans! Hardee Auto Sales is a great dealer and I will do business with them again. I just wanted to once again thank the whole staff @ Hardee Auto Sales. These guys go above and beyond to make the whole experience with them one you will never forget. The extended warranty I purchased thanks to it being offered came into effect and Craig, Chad, and Matthew were amazing when handling this taking care of everything even putting my wife in a vehichle while hers was in the shop.
