Both my husband and I have been in the hospitality industry and, by default, have high standards of how business should/shouldn't be done. EVERYONE at Autobahn displays a level of professionalism and work ethic that is sadly, scarce these days, but not here! Our experience buying a beautiful vehicle from Autobahn EXCEEDED every expectation!! The level of customer service - from walking in the door to driving away in our "new" car was above what we have ever experienced. And it didn't stop there. Although we purchased our car without a warranty, a small issue (after purchase) occurred, however was immediately handled to our satisfaction. I feel everyone at Autobahn GOES ABOVE & BEYOND to ensure that their customers are 100% pleased with the entire process. Honestly - I cannot wait to purchase another car from Autobahn!

By far the most enjoyable car buying experience I've had. I was recently in an accident that totaled my car, so I jumped into the market of buying a car very quickly. I went to a few car lots to look at different options, but never found the selection of cars that I found at Autobahn Motors USA. But as good as the selection of cars was, what really made me want to do business with this particular car lot was the honesty and trustworthiness of it's owner, Alex. I was particularly fond of a 2009 BMW X5 he had, and he walked me through everything I needed to know about the car. He told me what he had put into it, and why he arrived at the price he did. I haven't been car shopping too many times in my life, but being able to speak face-to-face with the owner was truly a pleasure. There are no games being played here like the ones you'll see at bigger dealerships around the metro area (I'm looking at you Hendrick Toyota). Also I must give credit where credit is due. Andrew Johnson, the salesman I worked with at Autobahn Motors USA, was very knowledgeable about all the cars that I was interested in on the lot. He had a detailed answer for every vague question I had. Andrew helped steer me in the right direction on what exactly would fit my needs, but never tried to push me or force something onto me. Due to that, I have a lot of respect for him. Without his help I wouldn't have been able to find my dream car. After buying the X5 from Autobahn Motors USA, Alex has been more than willing to assist me in any adjustments to the car I may need. I am a Missouri resident so I needed to get a front license plate installed since the previous owner didn't have one. I gave them a call since I don't have many tools with me currently, went down to the shop, and they had it installed right away without question. This type of care will keep me coming back for business for years to come. If you're wanting to find a reliable luxury car, and you want to buy from someone who you can trust, make this your first stop!!

When I get bored with something they have accommodated my trade in fairly and always made sure the "new" used car was tip top before delivering it. In a couple of examples that I can recall we did have an issue but they were quickly remedied. Please give them consideration - most all of my friends are now clients of Autobahn. Thank you!

I had a great experience working with Alex, owner of Autobahn Motors in purchasing a used MINI Cooper. We negotiated a fair price, he assisted in locating local financing options, and took care of all necessary repairs, including two that unexpectedly came up two weeks after the purchase (No warranty buy). We made the 3+ hour drive to look at a used BMW in Kansas City and worked with Alex Hammouri. Let me just say he made the trip well worth it!
