Poor service
Traveled 1 hour to drop off vehicle to be worked on, got home that’s now 2 hours of my day and they tell me they won’t work on my vehicle. Management was informed and never reached out to me. Fuel and gas used to bring over to them no response, terrible service, vehicles purchased from there and they still didn’t care, typical dealership crappy service, very disappointing

Not only were my questions answered immediately and professional advice offered, but also Paul walked me back to the parts desk and made sure exactly what I needed was ordered. In the world we live in today, I did all of my shopping online before coming into the store. I looked all across the northern half of the state in order to find the best deal. I had inquired on different vehicles at SEVERAL dealerships around the Iron Range. They were the quickest to follow up with me, answered all of my questions, and did not push me to come into the dealership "same day". I am beyond satisfied with my experience here.
