I bought a car from Enterprise Car sales in Woburn and

I bought a car from Enterprise Car sales in Woburn and later on I was having some minor issues. At first, I thought I wasn't getting anywhere in terms of help, However, the MANAGER, Drew reached out to me after learning of my situation. I was extremely amazed at the way he handled everything. He was so understanding and professional I was really beside myself. This does not happen very often, where people reached out to you in this way. It was EXTRAORDINARY. In less than a day after speaking to him my problem was TOTALLY RESOLVED. This is where anyone should want to take their business...Enterprise Car Sales in Woburn. You will be totally SATISFIED. Get your next car there, ask for DREW, deal done. No regrets.

I bought a car from Enterprise Car sales in Woburn and later on I was having some minor issues. Highly recommend it

I traded in my car and purchased a new car here, Abdellah El Haouat helped me, very satisfied with the experience. Abdellah also helped me to get a good deal on my trade in.

Unacceptable

Spent 35k a month a go and still waiting for my second car key. Couldn't even call to see how the car was treating me.

No help with a car that has a bad pet odor.

I Purchased the car two months ago. After a month and a half when the warm weather came in I started to smell a bad pet order. I called to see if somebody could help me and Eddie said he would help me. Took my phone number down and has never gotten back to me yet. I have called twice and left messages and he still hasn’t gotten back to me. I do not own pets my car stinks like pets. I have already put over $100 into it. I understand it’s been a month and a half or two months but something should be able to be done. They couldn’t get me off the lot quick enough when I purchased the car but now that I have a problem they’re not there to help me. If you are buying a used car from this place make sure you do a thorough job and smellthe seats and smell the carpets because they’re not going to help you if you have this problem.

Salesman (Joe Santostefano) is excellent

I have bought my last two vehicles at Enterprise Car Sales. A Toyota Camry (in 2008) and a Chevy Traverse (in 2013). The experience I had with Joe Santostefano was simply flawless with the Toyota. He made sure I was happy at every step of the way, and that I received top notch service, including the extras (remote starter alarm) I purchased. In 2013, after selling the Toyota privately (and 0 non-maintenance repairs), I went back to Joe to purchase an SUV. We had actually picked out a GMC Acadia, but through his relentless work, Joe found a better deal that had arrived between my initial selection and purchase date. The Chevy Traverse was much closer to my my budget and equipment needs, and I purchased. However, Joe had a couple of scheduled vacation days that coincided with my pick-up. While I got the SUV with MOST of what I asked, I found the manager who handled the sale on Joe's behalf lacked the people skills and customer focus Joe has. Still I highly recommend using Joe Santostefano at ECS to buy a vehicle. It is a great way to buy a great car at the right price.

Good overall experience

In searching for a used Ford Flex, Enterprise had by far the best combination of low mileage / reasonable price. The buying process was relatively painless -- they even delivered the car to Rhode Island / picked up our trade-in. The only minor issue we had was that when test driving, there was a low air pressure warning on one of the tires which they said they would take care of. Unfortunately, the taking care of was apparently just putting air in as we had the problem recur a few days later and eventually learned that the tire had minor, reparable damage. Fortunately, we had purchased a tire insurance package and there was no cost to us, but it was still a bit disappointing to have to get the repair done. I would still recommend the dealer and the salesman (Joe Santostefano) for the overall experience and reasonable price and trade-in amount.
