Purchased two vehicles here, first vehicle we had a great experience, the second one not so much. We missed two days of work due the vehicle not being ready, paid in full with cash ! Vehicle is having electrical problems with the lights, was told they fixed the issue, not so ! Still haven’t received the title !

I found a gently used f150 on line I talked to Tony he bent over backwards to make sure I was happy and I got real value for my hard earned money. Long story made short I flew to Salt Lake City, Tony met me at the air port and drove me to the dealership.i was very happy with the vehicle and drove it back to il. With absolutely no problems. Rust free and just what I was looking for. Tony was very honest and thete was no surprises. Thanks Tony appreciate your work.

My Fiancé bought a car from them, He bought a car that was on consignment so waiting for the title of the car took way too long. He moved out of state with the car and the car ended up having massive problems and can't be driven just TWO months into having the car. Eli and Joe said they would find solutions and help and then they went completely silent, not answering any calls or texts. So I decided to show up and discuss what options we had, Eli told me "this would've been easier if he purchased a warranty but he declined". My fiancé was never offered a warranty from Joe. We were told we would hear some options from Eli and that he would be working on it, but again he went silent and we have decided that working with them was too frustrating and not worth the energy. I do not recommend this place whatsoever.

Receptionist was terrific on the phone and upon arrival Looked at 3 cars. Bought one. Negotiated a fair price. While there was a slight misunderstanding, regarding additional fees, I was a bit miffed. Still the owner explained all and apologized and took my suggestions seriously. Car was detailed for me, and he personally delivered it to me. A few days later could not get the convertible top to go down. Texted the owner and he responded right away with the solution. Which worked on the first try. No further problems a month later. I would work with this company again.

I just bought another car from Joe and I’m annoyed at the bad review..... Myself and my family are life long clients. You more than likely caused the head issue because you overheated it after loosing to much coolant. Radiators always fail with mileage. It’s always easy to blame dealers for your own stupidity. Secured is great and the 2 that own it are awesome. I’ve lost count of how many cars we’ve bought from them. Out of those 1 car has had multiple issues. Guess what..... that’s the chance you take buying a used car. Don’t listen to the one bad review. These guys ALWAYS get me the very best interest rates and they bend over backwards to make me happy. I wouldn’t trust anybody else. Thank you again Eli and Joe you guys are AWESOME!!!!

I have purchased my last four cars from secured auto group. They are truly different than the other dealers out there. They are honest and truly want their customers to be happy and bend over backwards to make that happen. I will continue to buy from this dealership. Don’t be fooled, there is a difference.

Friendly and not at all pushy salespeople. Joe and Joey were fantastic. Best selection of quality vehicles with low miles on there lot. Easy buying experience.
