Enterprise Car Sales as a company and Samantha the manager at 155 Cleveland Ave., Newark Delaware and all those involved has DECEPTIVE SALES PRACTICES. They did not follow COVID-19 PRACTISES when I purchased my vechicle. They lied about my vechicles maintenance history. They lied about damages that occured on my vechicle. xxxx POOR CERTIFICATION of vehicle done st NTB-National Tire & Battery, 2414 Pulaski Hwy, Newark DE ENTERPRISE CAR SALES Customer Service is xxxx POOR. It's been over 6 months and I still haven't received a call or spoke with anyone in the CORPORATE OFFICE. I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES. Because I made a valid point in a review about Enterprise Car Sales DECEPTIVE WAYS. SAMANTHA (MANAGEMENT) had the audacity to leave a negative online reveiw about my company in RETALIATION. #1 What type of company allows their MANAGERS to RETALIATE with a customer? #2 Especially when she has NEVER USED MY COMPANY'S SERVICES. She just can't stop the lies. Unbelievable! I've been a rewards member at Enterprise Car Rental for several years, that's why I purchased a vehicle from Enterprise. But to my suprise Enterprise Car Sales do not follow the same customer service practise as the rental company. I know ENTERPRISE has a sales QUOTA to reach, especially at the END of the YEAR, but why at the consumers EXPENSE. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Adam Chandlee was amazing. He called me after I was referred to him by the Enterprise Rental agency I had used. I told him the type of car I wanted and he had it delivered to Newark the next day. After test driving it that day, I bought it and drove it off the lot. The process was very hassle-free and the customer service by everyone at the dealersihip was exceptional.
