Great Dealership

Awesome

Very professional I have boughten two new Honda Accords and I live ninety miles away. The first one they actually delivered it to me. Been there for a factory recall and they took care of it right away. The acctual purchase was excellent with no pressure to purchase at all. I recommend Duluth is lucky to have such a good dealership.

Wonderful service

My husband and I bought a used Nissan Rogue from Krenzen dealership in Duluth yesterday. We were extremely happy and satisfied with our service from Gary Kora. He is willing to come in on his day off to help you find your perfect car. This guys has went above and beyond helping my family find cars! We will definitely be back for future car shopping. I highly reccommend Krenzen dealership when looking for your next vehicle. Thank you Gary and Howie!

Terrible ethics

Purchased a vehicle started having problems with it the second day. I took it on vacation and had to put $900 into supposed repairs within two weeks of owning it, it continued to have more issues. Krenzen offered to give me $3000 less then I've paid for it, sounded like a terrible deal to me considering I only owned it for less than a month and have already spent $900 on it.

Honda Civic Excellent Experience

Bought my 2015 Honda Civic here, couldn't have appreciated the customer service and the way I was taken care of any more. During the process the transition of financing, trading, and purchasing my new car was easy. Krenzen helped me find the best deal for what I was willing to pay! I would highly recommend this dealship to others!

Bad customer service

We brought our van in for an oil change and we were told there was a manufacturer defect that needed to be repaired. However, because Honda was paying for it, they were putting us at end of line. Three weeks to repair and they refused to give us a loaner car. Said they didn't do that. Called Honda direct and they also refused. We will never do business with krenzen , or Honda, again.

Service wirk

Called and received a quote of 1 hour to install a wiring harness. I'm still here 3 hours later. Told it was an easy install. Later after I'm here I was told it was complicated and expensive. Feel I was deceived.
