Classic used car ripoff. Avoid this place.
Classic used car ripoff. I identified a car to purchase. Took it for a drive and it had a shimmy in the front end. I was told they would balance tires and align. I live an hour away so this is two trips now to come back and test drive it again after they told me it had been taken care of by Firestone dealership. Still had the exact same shimmy starting at 60mph. This was after the salesman AND the manager both told me they had test driven it without any problems. They are either lying, stupid, or think that I'm stupid. This is the first time I've complained about a business online that I can remember, but these guys are definitely a place to avoid. The exact kind of place NOT to buy a vehicle from.
False statements from the 3 salesmen I dealt with
I called ahead but was kept waiting for 4 hours with an aching back, I have chronic back pain. I missed my p.m. meds. I asked to come back another day, I did this 2 times. No one spoke to me except the only female salesperson. She suggested I need a glass of wine. I watched her bring her customer 4 cups of coffee. I went to look for coffee, didn't find any. I argue with Jonathan about not answering my questions clearly. The General Manager, after I was in a lot of pain, told me if I didn't like it, I could get my cashiers check back and just leave. I waited til he left the building and went back in to try and buy this car. But the salesman, Jamar had left with the vehicle keys in his pocket. 5 minutes til closing I drove my old car home. I intended to come back on Tuesday, Monday being a city holiday. But on Tuesday, 5 different co-workers said Enterprise, "don't do it". So with my complaint that makes 6 dissatisfied customers. And Jamar had canceled my insurance on my old vehicle. I had to pay a fee to renew it. I was not expecting to get my full $5,000 down payment back. But I did and it still cost me a transfer fee and renewal of my insurance. I had no print out of the vehicle I got transferred to me. Nothing, not even a handwritten not. Just an image on a 15" monitor from 4 feet away.
Just bought a car from Enterprise Car Sales In Mobile, AL. Nate was my "salesman" but also dealt with Theo and Ryan who are in Management. No haggle pricing, free Carfax report, informed sales team with no hidden pricing made this a Great Experience. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Car Purchase, January, 2014
My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle from Enterprise Car Sales. We have always purchased new vehicles, keep them about 4-5 years, and then purchase another new one. However, we had decided to change our strategy; we would purchase a used vehicle, keep it for perhaps the length of the remaining warranty, and then purchase used again. Until we recently needed a rental car, we did not know about the car sales division of Enterprise. We live in a small town about 85 miles north of Mobile, but we do have an Enterprise Car Rental facility, and it was by sheer accident that we learned of the car sales division. We did purchase a 2013 SUV from Enterprise, and we could not be happier; Johnny, Mark, and Brad are three of the nicest individuals with whom to work. Johnny immediately located the vehicle we wanted, called us, and we went down to discuss it, and from there it was just a matter of days until we drove our "new" vehicle home. I am absolutely convinced that this is the ONLY way to purchase vehicles. Save a lot of money in a straightforward, no hassle, and easy experience with the nicest people!!!

my 2014 purchase
I have been an enterprise car sales customer since 2004, this year 2014 I have made my third purchase with Jonathan at enterprise. It has always been a great experience , this particular purchase was extra special since i was trying to upgrade to a bigger vehicle just a few week before I deliver my new baby. So , i was very specific to my needs and requirements for my next vehicle. the staff took great care of me making sure I got the price, the size and the quality I wanted. Love the 12 month 12000 mile and the seven day trial, I did purchase the five year key replacement and tire coverage. no hassles and less stress than an ordinary dealer... free car facts with very friendly staff.

purchased a vehicle ended up having issues they exchanged vehicle with no problem or any extra fees(they have a 7 day buy back garuntee.there is a fee to buy back).very customer oriented.Can honestly say that they did everythig to try and insure our happiness.
