Visiting from Wyoming and car broke down.

Visiting from Wyoming and car broke down. This was a week before Christmas. Service manager Dylan was able to get it check it out right away. Bad news, the engine needed major repairs. Sales man Kevin was excellent, was able to get us into another car quickly and without any hassle. Great service, picked up car 2 days later and was able to finish our visit and make it home as scheduled. They understood our problems and worked with us without any issues, even since we were stranded from out of state. Would recommend.

Being new to this area, we were delighted to find a Honda dealership with the quality of the Kadlec dealership! Luckily, we found Brad Dahl as our service agent & I am very grateful for such an experienced, understanding, helpful & responsible agent! I am a typical elder, very UNknowedgeable hybrid owner/driver, & Brad Dahl has gone above & beyond to help me maintain & understand my exceptionally excellent Honda hybrid magical road machine! Thanks to Brad & Kadlec I am still driving strong & happy on these crazy, busy Minnesota roads! Thank you Kadlec & your understanding, helpful, wise representative, Brad Dahl!

had the best experience at Tom Kadlec. Salesman Jason Johnson was amazing. He went above and beyond what he needed to do for me. I did purchase a car from Jason. He put my license plates on. Explained what some of the buttons were for, and hooked up my phone to my car.... I highly recommend Tom Kadlec.

Haven't had the chance to visit in person yet, but Jake

Haven't had the chance to visit in person yet, but Jake has been stellar. He even sent me a walk-around video of the vehicle I was initially interested in. I've been able to text and get quick responses. I look forward to meeting Jake in person soon.

I got an appointment to see a car and set the time next

I got an appointment to see a car and set the time next day and when I got there driving about an hour, they said they sold the car. They said they sent an email but they didn’t. I was furious. The Worst dealership ever

They'll say whatever it takes to get you out the door.

They'll say whatever it takes to get you out the door. What a joke! They'll promise everything is good with your vehicle and then BAM a month down the road you have a blown head gasket.. thanks for the thousands of dollars of extra repairs and thank you SO MUCH that my wife and I and 1 YEAR OLD daughter were stranded on the side of the highway on THANKSGIVING

Poor Customer Service

Don’t recommend buying from here. Won’t return my calls after buying a car with issues. I get it’s buy as is, but you would think they would have the decency to return a phone call. Not impressed with their service

Best Honda Dealership in MN

I am Nick Dacloush My wife and I had an incredible experience at this great Dealership. Mr. ANDY Gostomczik was the sales professional that helped us. Andy G. is a super knowledgeable, very pleasant, an honest and very decent person to work with. This is our second Honda for my wife and I, and Andy was also the salesperson that helped us with the 1st Honda. Great experience all around, and a super amazing staff, starting with Conie the receptionist who is extremely service oriented too. Thank you so very much Andy, and thank you Tom Kadlec.
