Purchase Elsewhere

This Enterprise Car Sales location in Miami is terrible! I purchased a car there and they issued me a paper tag under another vehicle. I've had to appear in court for a red light camera ticket for a car I do not own. The court threw out the ticket once I told them about the incompetent employees at Enterprise. I've never owned this vehicle and they could care less to fix it. This paper tag has been issued under my name since 2019 and they refuse to resolve this. I have called to talk to Keisha and she said she would talk to the manager to fix it and she has yet to call or fix this issue. They are incompetent and only care about making a sale.

Not a Good Place to buy a car

My purchasing experience started off very well, then turned very bad very quickly. I was told that the car I was interested in buying was available although they had moved it to another office. I went in and lo and behold was told the car had been sold. then I still went through the appraisal on my trade and a credit application etc etc as they said they would locate the same vehicle. Well, they did not and when I requested the value of my trade in they refused and said "only if I come in to the dealer". This is not how to do business these days.
