beware,when salesperson tell you the car was inspected and pass inspection before sales,well i have been a customer for over 10 years just purchased a GLC 300 for 30000,i had battery problem from the begining took my concern to Matt,he sent me to Midas,instead of a mercedes dealer,well midas charged the battery,which did not acomplish anything,i finally had to purchase a battery 500$ out of pocket,i was also told by the dealer my head light was was defective,moiture is getting in it would be 2500$,now who the xxxx did the inspection?extremely desapointed,buyers beware!!!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Enterprise and had a very good experience. My salesman was Jeff Beal, and he was very patient, kind, and helpful. He was very polite and positive. Also, the management was excellent in addressing my needs after the sale. Thanks to all of the staff at Enterprise in Glen Carbon, IL who went out of their way to provide a great experience for me. Best way to buy used
We recently purchased a used car from Enterprise in Glen Carbon and found it a pleasant and hasel free experience. Great service and low ressure. Our salesman was James (Jim) Moore... very friendly and helpful. We feel this is the best place to buy a used car.

Very Disappointed
I was very disappointed in Enterprise. The sales person I was "assigned" came off as disinterested. The buying process left me feeling pressured to buy without first seeing the vehicle or shopping around for a better finance rate than what they offered me. When I got the vehicle home, I noticed a number of issues, none of which the salesman took any interest in helping me to resolve. I had to ask several times for an owner's manual and finally received one a couple months after purchase. I have never been asked by Enterprise about my experience.
