Great Service

We rented a car back in October 2023 for traveling to North Carolina. The folks we worked with were fantastic. We're not good with technology and had a few simple issues. I drove up to the So. Lindbergh location and it was taken care of quickly and off on our trip. We also worked with Michael Guardado with our reservation/return - also thank you for the shuttle service. Great service all around.

The battery in the car died within one week of purchase even though it had been certified as being in good working order. I will never buy another car from Enterprise. I don't think that they even inspected the car.

Nice people, horrible follow through

I purchased a car here in September 2015. The staff is friendly. My car runs overall well. However, I am giving it a low rating due to their warranty. I purchased a 100,000 mile warranty that I am still paying. My windshield defrost has never worked. I went in March 2016 to have it resolved. I rented an Enterprise car. The problem was not fixed. I went about a couple of months later. About a month after that I was informed I can have the windshield replaced at work. That is convenient, but why wasn't I informed of this before I rented an car twice. I am guessing because the car sales portion helps run up business for the rental portion. After I was told I would be contacted about the replacing the windshield at my work, no contact was never made up until today. If you purchase an auto here. I really recommend to not purchase the warranty and/or have it serviced here.

Get a like new auto without worry

I saw Enterprise had a SUV the likes of which I had been researching. They had better than I expected and although I was only going to look at the car, the process was so easy, I drove my new Nissan Rogue home that day. I was assisted by Jennifer, who was just wonderful at getting me into the car.
